I went to the dr. today and she said she suspects gall stones, so I go Thursday morning to get an ultrasound. Then I go see the dr. again around July 12th to see what needs to be done. Until then, I need to eat a very strict low fat diet. Dinner the night before the ultrasound needs to be no fat at all, so I'll be eating grilled veggies and brown rice in nonfat chicken stock.

I wasn't too impressed with the witnesses the defense had on today.

Well at least you have an idea of the ailment. I hope your health mends soon.

And did I read that right the judge wants ICA to take the stand? Can he demand she do that?

Nooo!

He just wants to make sure that if she doesn't that it is her choice and her choice alone. (I think that may give us insight to the competency issue!)

It would be against her rights to be pressured into a decision. So JBP needs to make sure that is the case.

Seems like every day is a shoot your own foot day for the DT. I think KCs only hope is a decision of inadequate defense. But, with the team and all, I don't see how that can happen. There really has been no defense that makes sense. They destroy their own witnesses one by one.

I do know they don't have to present a defense and maybe that would have been better!

i am not for KC, but this is no fight.
