Well, unlike some, at least you, me and Samba haven't started thinking Baez is hot!

Mark was just on Dr. Drew (and thank goodness, Dr. Drew is on vacation or something and it was that Vinnie guy) along with.....your fave Judge Alex!

Thank goodness for TIVO because I had to run a ton of errands and had to leave this afternoon. Finally caught up on trial. However, I am never going to make it through all the pages I missed on here today!

But, I did see the photos of little Nicole and she's adorable, Kurby! Especially loved the photo of Nicole and her big sister!

And, Lisa -- love the song! Excellent job! Very creative! Two thumbs up!

I say if Casey's doing so well in jail and is pleasant, keep her there. Nice try, Baez, to show incompetence and/or mental breakdown. Epic fail!

I wonder what the judge has in store for the jurors? Maybe a trip to Disney World?

Did I somehow miss the people from Gentiva testifying? Or did they get bumped?

So, at this point of the trial with only a day or two left, do you think Casey will take the stand? Also, who is winning? We should do a pole!

I'm going to say that Judge Perry is going to request that she does. Hopefully she will.

While I'd love to see Casey try to get out of this, I think she'll finally listen to the lawyers & not testify.

And I am going to say that at this point the prosecution is winning, but she wont get the death penalty, maybe life.

True confession... I have developed a crush on talking head lawyer Mark Eiglarsch

Oh, me too, Samba. In fact, I am 99.99% sure (no, make that 100% now that I've re-read my deposition) that he's the one that made the Dumb/Dumber/Blair Witch comment.

He is a cutie!

He is also the one, I believe, who said something like (when challenging Leonard Padilla over one of his claims), "I think Leonard suffers from spotlightus enviosis." I probably got it wrong, but it was something like that, and it was very funny!

In case it hasn't been mentioned, CM stated at the end of the day today that they only have a half dozen witnesses left to call. We are winding down!

The commentators were saying that they are 99% sure that Linda will close. They said Ashton is likely chomping at the bit to do it but they just didn't feel like he would.

The station I usually watch has defense attorneys on that are clearly pulling for the defense. They try and try to find the tiniest little points to give to Baez & Co. All three tonight said, try as they might, they admit Baez just isn't bringing it home. They said unless he pulls something out of his......er.....hat, his goose is cooked.
