All the news outlets last week pounced that the DP was unconstitutional. If I am understanding all current (correct) legal explanations...DP was not unconstitutional...the judge's ruling was unconstitutional. BIG difference, but not as major.

DH and I paid close attention when it first came out, since we visit an inmate on death row. Anything having to do with declaring death penalty rulings unconstitutional would directly effect him and his sentence, and what happened in Miami does not.

AF have you reviewed them--yes been awhile

AF what type of video--8 or super 8

AF did you have them transferred to a cd--yes

AF are the transferred the same as the tapes(she says cds)...original---yes I believe so because one is labeled parade and he said he recorded over...Then goes on to explain origin of other tapes


Af aware they were being used for court today---yes they brought the tapes



LDB Hoover was affiliated with Dominic Casey---yes

aware dc worked for defense and there was a falling out then he worked exclusivly for the anthonys--yes

in following up tips were they always for a live caylee--i only worked 1 tip

tell us what you did---met at office..left office went to suburban

where were you supposed to go---security at meet and greet with GA and CA

where were you detoured to---suburban to look for caylee

was she supposed to be standing on suburban--no she was deceased

did you videotape--not all of it but yes
