I really don't want her to take the stand. I think she wants to and it will satisfy a sick part of her. I don't want her to have that pleasure.

Commentators pretty sure Casey IS going to testify. Just showed how "remorseful" she sounded in court when was there for check charges.

They can advise her not to take the stand, but they can't stop her. I think she will.

As for verdict, I think guilty, life in prison. I think it will take 2 or 3 days for a verdict.

I have also noticed that. They are both very tan to. I'm guessing that they have a tanning bed.

Oh yeah, I would guess they own one. They are both really tan (and so was Casey before she was incarcerated) and their skin has that frequently baked look to it.

Just got in......I think she is going to testify. What else does she have to lose? She is arrogant enough to think that she will be able to tell everybody what happened and we will all believe her.

Casey just came into the courtroom and something about her looks different. I think she is going to do it.

Just read a tweet that said the defense team met for lunch together. If she were going to testify you would think they would be with her..... unless AF is there and will be questioning her.

WFTV says DT was having lunch across the street, they say Casey definitely not going to testify.

Although she does look really perky right now.

Also said that if there were to be an outburst from the audience (like during jury selection), that could cause a mistrial. So, IF she does testify, I hope JBP tells the courtroom that any outburst could cause a mistrial. That should make a whole bunch of people sit with their hands over their mouths!

Last night on Showbiz Tonight, several judges all agreed that the deliberations will take at least 2 days, maybe even 3 or 4.

It looks like they won't start deliberations until next week so I think that is very possible.

No jacket. But I don't buy the jacket/no jacket theory. How many of the women have we seen on the stand with a jacket? Don't know about courtroom etiquette, but here in FL our dress code is a little more relaxed.

no suit or jacket... they had something on the air last night that her attorneys pick out all of her clothes and she buys mascara, eyeliner and chapstick in the jail commisary.

Guess we now know why her clothes are so ugly...hence the pink pilgrim look
