I think Hours and I think it will be guilty.
I also think it will not be death...but only time will tell.

Thanks to all of you that are giving us updates, I did not get to see/hear about the pets today...or most of the alleged mistress.

I voted no to casey testifying, but am now thinking Yes, she is so self absorbed she will think she can take over the jury to her version...she may think she has nothing further to lose...so
if we see a Jacket/blazer on her, be prepared for some FIREWORKS...

And Krystal Holloway, she came across to me as not very credible, especially since she sold her story to the Nat Enquirer, and her behavior on the stand was really odd and unlikeable to me. Even if they had an affair she could be a women scorned. And trying to state that GA meant that he knew it was an accident I think totally backfired on the Defense, it is obvious he meant he was thinking possibly Casey was involved in an accidental death and it was not something he knew as fact, just thought this was what he thought probably happened. Of course you would still continue to look for your GD as he did.

Ooops I forgot that they are saying Kronk moved her there. Did they say where Kronk was supposed to have found the body?

Sims. She needs a mommy figure who can coo sympathetically at her. But then again, Baez would really hate to miss out on the publicity of doing it. It's a toss up. But not Grandpa Mason.

I think Casey would have had a much better chance if they just came up in the beginning with accidental drowning under HER care. And then she panicked and it became an "accident gone bad." I also think she will be convicted but won't get death. Their Defense is pretty bad and things just don't add up.

I thought the same at the beginning of the trial. Then after watching the trial and the commentary I found out that Florida law has a child abuse component to capital murder.

For example, had she said she drugged her child and the child died of heat in the car or if she taped her mouth to keep her quiet and she died these would be situations where the prosecution could say there was child abuse involved. This would lead to a possible death penalty as much as premediation.

Capital felony committed by person serving sentence of imprisonment or under community control; previous capital felony or felony using or threat of violence; knowingly created great risk of death to many persons; the capital felony was committed while defendant was engaged in, was an accomplice, in commission of or attempt to commit or flight after committing or attempt to commit any robbery, sexual battery, aggravated child abuse, aggravated abuse of a disabled or elderly person, aggravated stalking, carjacking, arson, burglary, kidnapping, aircraft piracy, unlawful throwing, placing, or discharging of a destructive device or bombings; capital felony for purposes of avoiding lawful arrest or effecting escape from custody; capital felony for pecuniary gain; capital felony to hinder lawful exercise of governmental function or enforcement of laws; capital felony especially heinous, atrocious or cruel; premeditated homicide; victim of capital felony was public official or law enforcement officer engaged in official duties; victim of capital murder was less than 12 years old; criminal felony committed by a criminal street gang member.

So that's why they had to get creative about the accidental drowning. I don't think any other circumstance would have left Casey innocent of child abuse.

I am HOPING it will be Jeff Ashton, I love him and he will crush her .

My prediction is life as well. There are many women on that jury. I can see them thinking life is a more suitable punishment than death in this case. It's our human nature to want to her to have remorse.

The problem with this is that she is a sociopath. I don't think she will ever feel an ounce of guilt for what she's done. It's clear she only is upset with being caught.
