I think Casey is going to take the stand after lunch. Baez asked for all the attorneys to approach and talk to the judge. HHJP does not like to waste a minute of the day and I'll bet Baez asked him for an early lunch so that the DT can prep Casey for her testimony. I can't imagine another reason the judge would recess for lunch 30 minutes early. What do you guys think?

Baez would truly be the biggest idiot in town if he put her on the stand. I would be shocked. The prosecution will crush her!

Richard Hornsby did make a good point though. He said that now the duct tape looks more like a burial tool rather than a murder weapon.

I haven't read any of the posts since last night, so forgive me if I'm repeating something.

When it came out that the first two dogs were "prepared for burial" by the vet and not George, did anyone yell out with me, "THE VET DID IT!!!"

Also, one more nail in the coffin.......The jury is supposed to believe that George, a man so loving, sentimental and compassionate that he went out and bought a stone marker for his DOGS' GRAVES would be so cold and unfeeling as to dump his precious granddaughter's body in a trash dump of a swamp? Puh-leeze!

That is exactly why I think Linda made the point of asking Cindy if she ever put duct tape on the pets faces. I'll bet she wanted to drive the point that the duct tape was used to secure the bags and not to tape their mouths shut.

I was going to vote "no" in the Will Casey Testify poll, but given the dumb moves I've seen from the defense on a daily (if not hourly) basis and how desperate they now are, they might just be stupid enough to put her on the stand.

I'll wait for the rebuttal witnesses and closing arguments before I make my prediction on the outcome.
