I had to drive past the courthouse again today, it's like a circus out side.

Crap, I will have no computer access from Friday afternoon until Monday night. I'm going to miss the best part of the case And I only have a gophone.

Yep! The prosecution couldn't have ended on a better note even if they had scripted it. The jury leaves with a picture of a mother grieving for her child by sitting out in the cold rain. . . quite the contrast to ICA, huh?

I attended a grieving room filled with all kinds of ages and I never heard anyone say that they went out and had a good time, infact most people wanted to stay inside and not leave.

My heart hurts for George, I cry every time they keep showing him sobbing on the witness stand. When they asked if he needs to take a break, omg he said "I need to get through this, something inside me needs to get through it." Dear lord, Casey has destroyed her family forever.

i don't think george can take the stress of defending casey anymore. And I see Cindy getting more vigilant in protecting Casey. I wouldn't be surprised if Cindy files for divorce when this is over ans George ends up with a nervous breakdown.

I also liked how the witness said that what Ashton described wouldn't fall under her area of diagnosis (remember, she's a grief specialist). Bingo!

I've had a splinter for about 4 or 5 weeks, and I must go get it taken care of! But I know if I go, you all are going to talk too much and I'll have to do a lot of catching up!!!

I left for an hour to take my DD to cheer and I came back to catch up on 10 pages!!

So I left just as the prosecution took over. From reading back it looks like she helped the prosecution, right?

Oh my goodness, they will wrap tomorrow? I pray, I pray, I pray that Casey takes the stand. I would LOVE to see JA cross examine her.

I would also love to have someone from where Cindy works come in and prove she was lying!

I don't think she will testify as the defense is resting tomorrow.

IMO---No KC--They haved been to "visit" her in jail so she hasn't been prepped

I'm hoping she does because I'd like to see her get some grief from JA but I don't see it happening.

As for CA if defense does wrap up tomorrow then the rebuttal portion starts immediately so we may see an "ASH-kicking" directed at CA

That is what has bothered me all along. We will never know the truth as to what happened to Caylee. I don't know anymore now than I did when it started really. It's a real shame too that she has torn apart innocent people when all of this is her fault.

I don't see George and Cindy making it through this at all. They need to go ahead and start counseling if they are not already in it.

UGH!!! This thread just goes too fast. I walk away to get a few things done or just to drive home and it takes forever to catch up! Im not ignoring people, I swear but by the time I can respond, the thread is on to something else LOL!

Its getting closer and closer to the end and Im sitting on the edge of my seat. I can't wait to see what the State does on rebuttal! You think my husband and kids will be upset if I don't want to do anything this 4th of July except stay home and watch>

Anyone else going to be following Ashton and LDB's cases after this trial? I know I will!!

ICA wrapped Caylee up, stuffed her in trunk. Drove around trying to figure out what to do with the body, tryiing too come up with a story. Body started to stink, car started to stink, so she had to get rid of both. She put the body in the bags and came up with kidnapping scheme. Put duct tape and sticker on Caylee's mouth to make it look like a kidnapping and dumped body. Blamed missing child on Zanny the Nanny. And it snowballed from there.

I do NOT believe Caylee accidentally drowned. I don't think George had anything to do with it. I do not think Cindy looked up chloroform. I do not think youtube video of neckbreaking feat popped up on her computer. I think it was solely ICA.

That's exactly what I think too. The first I heard of the pool was in the opening statements. I never thought that to be true because she could have called 911 and that would have been it. I don't believe that she was abused either. Oh how I hope that she gets locked up for life.


Who is this blond woman on Issues right now? I want to smack her! I have felt like that a lot lately.
