Joe Episcopo says he believes they won't charge Cindy with perjury if it turns out that she lied on the stand. That makes me very, very sad ...

I think the defense is going to end this in a whimper. River Cruz reminds me of one of Tiger's mistresses...in it for the money/fame.

I can't wait for rebuttal.

I took a phone call and missed many pages here. I can't even begin to tell you how dusty my house is! This case is so riveting. Every day brings something new to ponder.

That is what has bothered me all along. We will never know the truth as to what happened to Caylee. I don't know anymore now than I did when it started really. It's a real shame too that she has torn apart innocent people when all of this is her fault.

I don't see George and Cindy making it through this at all. They need to go ahead and start counseling if they are not already in it.

I agree.
Hope George doesn't go through with suicide after the trial.

Lets put our minds together and see what we can come up with. Mine in red.

The truth as I believe it to be: Casey gave Caylee too much chloroform and killed her. She knew she couldn't pull it off as an accident because who chloroforms their kid? ICA wrapped Caylee up, stuffed her in trunk. What about the dogs hitting in the back yard, and the shovel from the neighbor? Drove around trying to figure out what to do with the body, tryiing too come up with a story.Think about the movies she rented on the 17th? Body started to stink, car started to stink, so she had to get rid of both.A gallon of bleach would have done the trick. She put the body in the bags and came up with kidnapping scheme.I think she dug the body up from the yard and put her in the bags in her garage. Put duct tape and sticker on Caylee's mouth to make it look like a kidnapping and dumped body.I still think the duct tape was to control body fluids. Blamed missing child on Zanny the Nanny.Got her name from sawgrass apt. And it snowballed from there.

I do NOT believe Caylee accidentally drowned.Nor do I. I don't think George had anything to do with it. I do not think Cindy looked up chloroform. I do not think youtube video of neckbreaking feat popped up on her computer.I have never had a youtube pop-up, Have you? I think it was solely ICA.

He's having a child? Is it his first? That poor child....I feel sorry for him/her already...:rolleyes1

Can't be his first child because the Florida bar would not let Jose Baez take the bar exam until be got all his back child support paid up, which took him six years to do. So, there are other children out there somewhere.

I'm new to this thread, so excuse me if this has already been said, but I watched some of the trail the other day, and that judge.... he doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed. Listening to him talk for just 5 minutes gave me a head ache! Hope he (and the jury) does the right thing here.... Can't wait till this is all over - I've been following this case since before it was a case!

It may seem that way at first, but Judge Perry is very smart and knows the law very very well.

Judge Perry is the cheif Judge. He takes his time to think about things. He knows the cases beyond beleif. With all the mistakes that Caseys attorneys have created he has made sure she is getting a fair trial. Its to bad you havent come to know him through out the trial I think you might feel a little different. The man has a great sense of humor, as well as he has his serious side as well.

I don't think she will testify as the defense is resting tomorrow.
I'm sure you are right.

I agree.

I hope not! I hope friends will reach out to him and I hope that he gets counselling, which I would think that he is already in because of all of the stress & the suicide attempt, to get him through this. I don't think he will ever get over it, but he just needs to make it through and learn how to deal with this pain.

You know, I know that Casey should not take the stand however, I think she is so sure of her self and so sure that she is believable I think she may just do it. I bet she thinks she can hold her own against JA. I would love to see her try, but he would chew her up and spit her out! I am wondering if this is why they did the competency testing last week.

One thing I can say about Cindy is that I am glad that she told the truth about Lee today on the stand.

I just saw yet another talking head comment on the fact that the CA hadn't taken ICA to the gynecologist until she was 19 and pregnant. They keep harping on that like it's just unheard of. Maybe I was the oddball, but I didn't go until I was 21 or so, and my daughter went for the first time when she was 21. I don't think everybody runs to the gyn when they turn 18 (or earlier) - some yes, but I just don't see why they're making such a big deal out of it. I understand that they were in denial that Casey was pregnant, but the fact that she didn't go to the gyn by the time she was 19 just isn't that big of a deal to me. :confused3

OK - my "rebuttal":
She didn't know what to do with body. Borrowed shovel from neighbor and thought to bury it under the playhouse. Came across the layer of stone/whatever and knew that wouldn't work. Body was on ground while she attempted to bury it there.

Not familiar with the movies she rented, although I'm sure that info is on PAGE ONE. So, I can't comment there and am not in the mood to look on page one.

Using a bottle of bleach didn't dawn on Casey. Covering it up with garbage was easier and took less thought. Plus, the bleach would've altared the color of the carpeting in the trunk and might've looked more suspicious?

I don't think she buried body in backyard. JMO. However, I will give you duct tape for bodily fluids, however, I think it also added to and aided her nanny kidnapping alabi, kwim?!

Yes re. Zanny the Nanny. How convenient and lucky! And, kind of premeditated? Didn't she mentioned a nanny when Caylee was still alive? Wasn't it after Caylee "disappeared" that she named Zanny the Nanny? Or, even if she mentioned Zanny by name before Caylee "disappeared", boy, did she get lucky finding that card at Sawgrass!

Finally never had a youtube video pop up ... that's because youtube videos don't pop up!!

Yea, I don't see the big deal with that either. I didn't go until I was 20 and about to get married. My DD is 18 and she has been once to get the "one less" shots a couple of years ago but that was it. Like anything else they come up with to throw us off..... NEXT!

Seriously?

If anyone in that courtroom isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, it's Baez!

The gyn no big deal, but it does bother me that she did not see a dr. during the time she was pregnant. I went to Oklahoma for the first time in 07 to meet his family and his half sister was 6 months pregnant and had not yet seen a Dr. I was in shock.

Bomb Shell tonight.... Has the father been found? Watching Nancy Grace!A woman from another state is trying to get a grandparent DNA test done in Orlando but no one will give her one yet. She says that her son dated Casey and that he told her that he and his girlfriend were going to have a baby girl. Her parents were George & Cindy. He was killed in a car wreck in Fl.

Maybe this is true, but why would it take her 3 years to come forward?
