But who in their right mind would want him to defend them? I bet word is getting out too and there are some very nervous inmates in the Orange County Jail.

There are people out there who would hire him for the "status" of linking themselves to the ICA trial. "Yeah, Jose Baez was my attorney. You know, he was the one that defended Casey Anthony!"

There are a lot of sick people out there who would do it just to tie themselves to this trial in any way possible. Even if it was simply to say that they had the same attorney as ICA.
