UNREAL!!!! Witness needs to add and change what's in the deposition? How convenient. Have they been watching the trial and decided to change things? Have they been "influenced" in any way?

Judge said he's had it with Bozo's nonsense. At this point, I think Baez is trying to buy time. I think they're asking their witnesses to find more to add to the depo. so they can buy some extra time to do whatever they need to do.

I feel bad for the jury that they have to deal with this nonsense. This is a circus on Baez's part.

I just have to have faith that the jury will make the right decision and convict Casey of something major, even if it's not 1st degree murder. I watched or skimmed through most of the HLN shows last night, as well as a FOX special hosted by Judge Jeannine Pirro. Every commentator, except for those who are defense lawyers, are pretty confident that Casey is going down. Even if she doesn't get 1st degree murder, I would be OK with Casey getting 20+ years in prison. That's pretty much a life sentence. Sure, she would presumably have 20+ more years of life when she gets out, but her hot body contest days would be over - and that's what mattered to her most in life, isn't it?

About that Judge Pirro special - I was very surprised when JJP really broke up in tears in her final summary. She's usually pretty stoic, but last night she spoke about Caylee as a little angel looking down from heaven and wondering why her family didn't fight for her life as much as they are fighting for Casey's right now.

I caught that as well when I was channel surfing. Excellent statement she made.

Don't know how to copy a previous post, but in reference to clothes fitting after a child "technically" outgrew them, my DD#1 wore several Polly Flinders size
6X dresses until she was 10 years old! She grew up, but not out, and the dresses were sold with 5" hems. Those dresses were passed from DD#1 to DD#2, to my best friend's daughter, to a family in our church with 3 stair-step girls. The dresses lasted about a dozen years.

A picture of Caylee opening the sliding glass door! Is it fake and not even Caylee? That seems to be at least one of the problems. Jean Casarez wonders why anyone would snap a picture like that in the first place. Exactly! It's like on America's Funniest Home Videos. Some things you know are staged - such as why would anyone video a person putting books on a shelf, which, voila, comes crashing down. Please, please, please let it be discovered to be a fake picture!

Want to clarify and ch 6 is clarifying--legal issue is UNRELATED to state's objection this morning. So this is a separate legal issue and not about that witness issue.

WTH....The first day that our DVR is working and I had it all set up, and now no court. I was looking forward to my first day off in a while eating bon bons and watching today's court session. I guess the only thing that will cure my blues is if Kurby has Nicole tomorrow morning!

It does seem sort of "interesting" that they just happen to have a picture of her opening the door.

Did anyone else notice when Lee got off the stand, after the Judge broke for lunch, when the family was at the rear door to the courtroom, George was speaking to Lee, who could barely look at him, Cindy was off to the side, watching, she would not come into the area her husband and son were in. When they left the courtroom, Lee and Cindy never made eye contact, spoke, etc. Lee did not even acknowledge his mother was standing right there. She walked right past him and out the door, never a word spoken or even a glance at one another.

Talk about body language....geez.

Maybe that's why Lee ate lunch all alone yesterday?! Hmmm ... to be a fly on the wall when that was going down!

I do not think that picture of a little girl at the sliding door is Caylee. She just seems too tall. I believe the picture is real, it's just not Caylee.
