I wonder if Vasco could sue Bozo and Co.? I would seriously be angry if I were him. I mean, what more does a person have to do?

crap, I have a block sale and then food to cook for a graduation party on Sunday.

Mike Brooks on InSession said that the whole time JP was talking Baez never looked at him...talked to Mason and Casey.

InSession commentators talking about an appeal based on "ineffective assistance of counsel", since they get asked that question by the public so much. Answer...Baez is surrounded by an experienced team of lawyers, but if afterward the other lawyers claim that he refused to listen to them and Baez took complete control, then maybe that would be a basis for appeal. Or something like that; still need coffee!

I think we all want her to have a fair trial. If just for the fact that if she gets convicted, I want it to stick!

Thing is I dont think Baez really cares. I think he wants a mistrial. How the heck can you EVER retry this case? With all the coverage now, where do you get a jury? It will be next to impossible and I think this is what he is aiming to get.

I agree, don't want anything coming back and saying this has to be redone.

The animal was not certified in police work of any kind.

And if she knew the spot why didnt she find her, if I remember right she was only 5 feet from her. So how effective is she?

My ex had his attorney turn over every stone he could find and we were only dealing with his Child Support Obligation. For 3 solid years he had me in court every 6 months, just like clockwork. Any sorry excuse he could find to try and not pay any support. Sad but true.

She (and someone else backing her up) was basing it on the fact that JA asked Spitz what evidence and all he said was they had a pool.

He's not "turning over every stone." He's making a mockery of our justice system. He's not following the rules, he's not prepared, he's wasting everyone's time and the state's money.

And the judge who sees him every day in the court room has threatened him with contempt of court.

I don't know what evidence they have, if any, but they have Casey Anthony over there who is basically in charge of her own fate. Put her on the stand and see how it plays out. Maybe she will finally tell the truth. All there doing now is trying to put the blame on Vasco, Roy Kronk and George Anthony with no evidence at all.
