Yes, Baez may be held in contempt since he didn't seem to feel the judge's order applied in this case. True, JBP smacked down everyone, but it has more impact when you're the guy standing up in front of everyone.

They were in early due to an allegation of a violation of sequestration by a juror (unknown what happened with that).

Well, Baez can add that contempt of court to his resume.

I wonder what that allegation of violation of sequestration was about! Have any commentators counted today's jurors?

I would say this is the wow moment of the day. Baez better reveal anything else or not call people to the stand. I wonder how this witness feels? he probably wants to go home and forget this day occurred.

I don't care how serious a situation may be at any given time, but there are going to be times when a humorous may arise and a person will react to it in contrary to the situation.

"Pigs in a blanket" was funny, I don't care who you are.

Debate on garbage/trash was amusing, and the fact that it was JB on one side of the argument just made it funnier.

I was hoping Judge Perry shared with the jury why the change in witnesses.

Does anyone know how old Judge Perry is by chance.

I don't know which cases for sure. But I have seen him through the years during various high-profile trials. He always seems to tesify for the defense, giving opinions that contradict the more scientific, reasonable ones given by the prosecution experts. So I think his opinions can be spun to suit any defense.

Loves the spotlight. Likes to pick controversial cases. Very cocky. Feels he is the best. Always argued against any other ME's opinion. He was always right, everyone else was always wrong; or so he believed.
