Is he really trying to question the judges orders?

When might we know if Casey isn't going to take the stand? I thought that they had to present their witness lists already, but I guess it could be a last minute "add-in" like the convicted felon - that was a huge success.

I would think the defendant doesn't need to be listed. The defendant can decide at any point whether or not to testify.

Is Judge Perry talking about contempt proceedings against Baez/Defense?

Perry has just about had it with these lawyers.

Missed the beginning (why'd they start early? sheesh)...where is this witness from, and did I hear correctly on HLN that he's not getting paid? He might be waiting until Monday to testify.

Yes, Baez may be held in contempt since he didn't seem to feel the judge's order applied in this case. True, JBP smacked down everyone, but it has more impact when you're the guy standing up in front of everyone.

They were in early due to an allegation of a violation of sequestration by a juror (unknown what happened with that).

Wow! I wonder how many of these issues Baez has? I wonder if the rest of his witness's are in the same boat? I want to see the audience reaction.
