Hhmmm...noticed this guy talks to the jury...more directly than anyone else. (Oh, and he has to start over! LOL Hasn't this guy testified before as an expert? ) And is he doing this as a freebie because he just liked Baez so much? AND it was Linda Kenny Baden who called him for the case...he loses points for me just for that.

Did he say he's actually testified as an expert before, or just depositions? And that organization that he's only "1 of 15" in...is that because it's so elite, or the other entomologists don't want to be part of it? I'm half listening at this point...only had 1/2 cup of coffee so far.

Yes, in opening statements the defense stated that Caylee died accidently in the pool in the early morning hours of June 16th.

The bug guy admitted that he was hired on Dec 11, 2008. This was the same day Caylee's body was found!!!! How did her defense team know to hire him before her remains identified?

If you've ever seen anyone remorseful, you'd know the look I'm talking about. I haven't seen that look at all in ICA.

I just finished reading the entire timeline and have a question. Does anyone know how Baez became involved in this whole thing? I mean did Casey look for attorneys in the yellow pages and just pick his name out of there? Did someone else refer him? Or did he jump in and volunteer his services? I would also be curious to know if other attorneys looked at her charges and passed and that's how she ended up with this idiot.
