while I think the gparents are truthfull I think something is off about Lee....he looks as if he is trying to decide if he should lie,if he lies and they have it in his depo he can be charged.If they did not have his depo to go back on he would lie in a minute.

Who is doing all the objecting on the Defense team? She's doing better than Baez. Do you think they had an intervention with him last night?

Apparently, who ever handles the objections for a particular witness is the lawyer who will be cross examining the witness.

I'm guessing, Baez finally realized that he was in over his head and needed someone with a bit more knowledge and experience.

Never really noticed her before. Now, I will have to watch.

Jeff Ashton or Linda Drane Burdick should have done this examination. Frank George is not doing well. Drane-Burdick is much better at this. Lee has never been the most easy witness.

Dorothy Simms, one of the defense attorneys. They are saying that it is possible that they want her to do the cross on Lee because of the abuse allegations.

It looked like the last question or two that Lee answered finally came across like he realizes there is no work around for him, his testimony is right there in black and white.

I think it kills him to be there and have to testify against his sister. I can't imagine what he's feeling, having been close to his sister, loving his niece, and being accused of sexual assault. But I also can't help having some doubts about how much he knows. I can't help thinking he was being cryptic and sending her a message at the memorial service for Caylee.

Actually, I have to admire all of these witnesses for going on the witness stand, in front of the whole nation. I had to testify at my friend's divorce hearing about 15 years ago. I was a wreck! I think I was visibly shaking, and broke out in a sweat. I'm just not a public speaker. The judge asked me how long I knew her, and let me go. LOL

I just did a quick google search on her and it looks like she is a disability attorney??? What does she bring to the table for a capital murder case???

During the pretrial hearings she was the scientific evidence expert. She did all the questioning of the forensic scientist. She was boring and scatterbrained. Lets see how she does today.

I think Atty. George isn't so great, whoever prepped Lee didn't do a great job, either that or he really doesn't want to remember what happened... His comment about what Casey said as to why she wouldn't bring Casey "Maybe because I'm just a spiteful XXXXX"... that sounds about right...

Are you talking about the bleach blonde woman wearing black or the girl with the strawberry blonde hair sitting in the front row?? I haven't seen any fiddling with the phone yet to figure it out myself.
