I dont know if lee is going to help in anything, what was the point of bringing him in?

He's a key witness.

I dont believe he is telling the whole truth. He is very nervous and trying of what to think to say.

I think he's being cautious. I do think he's nervous, and really stuck between a rock and a hard place...Casey or Caylee? And even Cindy and George.

I would be such a wreck they'd have to tranquilize me and then my testimony wouldn't count anyway.

At least what he has said about Cindy thinking Casey was unfit confirms what Amy said, esp since she came off so badly today.

And BTW, I CAN'T STAND SONNY HOSTIN ON INSESSION!!! I just had to get that off my chest. Whew.

They just re-played Lee saying the part about Casey telling him that their mother said Casey is an unfit mother and that Casey said "maybe I am " during that part they also showed the camera on Casey and yet no shaking of her head in defiance of what was being said hmmmm.

I agree about Sonny, very annoying.

My DH has the unfortunate experience (his opinion) of watching the trial with me this morning and a few minutes ago heard Beth Karas' voice for the first time, he nearly spit out his corn flakes, no kidding.

I have never even seen in Session. It will be interesting to see how fast he answers the defense team. I am greatful I dont have regular tv.

This defense attorney is cooing her questions. I bet she's good at cooing comfort to Casey.

Edit: Oh, I see, cross-examination cannot bring up anything that was not discussed in the original examination. Which is probably why the pros. didn't bring it up - they didn't want to open the door.

'Morning everyone! Only 8:45am here.

Went back to catch up. On Amy H., who testified earlier today, did she get asked about CA stealing checks from her or anything at all about Cindy contacting her (that fretful day) … ? Thanks. Also, what does "dating" anyone (as Baez attemtped to ask Amy) have to do with Caylee … sometimes I have the hardest time following trials when it appears the questioning (at least to me) appears to have nothing to do with the trial. Like yesterday, with all the discussion of CA's period and size etc etc and CA standing to show her mom what she looks like now … ???
