Here is the autopsy report, by Dr. G....sorry if its been posted already.

Thanks for posting - I'll read the rest but I just got to page 2-3. Two things that jumped out at me:

1. This poor baby was in 3 bags. 3. So clearly whoever put her in them wanted to make darn sure she wasn't found.

2. This one makes me SICK to my stomach. Dr G says that from the way the remains were found, she could tell there had been animal activity before total decomp took place. :( OMG. Im not naive enough to think this doesn't happen with any burial, including non-criminal ones. But to read it like that.....my God. This poor baby's body was left to be...I can't even type it. :(

no no please don't type it.

i can't stand to think about what her body went through.

one can only hope that she died quickly and not slow and painfully

I have that prayer as well, that is was quick for her.

I actually pray the same thing whenever I hear of a violent death - I'm Christian so I pray that God took them quickly to Heaven with little or no pain. :( Naive perhaps but it's what I pray for.

No--PLEASE DO NOT type it! What little we type is hard enough...let's not type the specific horrible details of that poor baby's death.

Text Messages will not be used at this time, court is in recess until tomorrow.

Prosecution said something that they may be objecting to later---something about their witnesses and something the defense dug up, maybe about those witnesses? No rewind!

Have a great weekend. :thumbsup2

That answers one of my questions about evidence the body was moved by Kronk. It is stated here that there is nothing inconsistent with the body being in the one place since she was last seen. There are roots and leaves growing through the bags and fabric. So are we to believe that Kronk found Caylee right away, moved her and then discovered her 8 months later for reward money? Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Alright, I am all caught up on what I missed today. Unreal that Baez is already making motions for mistrial. Its just not going to happen, no matter how many times he objects. The state is well prepared for this and for Baez's tactics as well, no doubt.

What will we do for 3 days???!!! :rolleyes1 Did the court shoot down the jury and stay closed Monday? I can't see any court opening for any trial on such a big national holiday.

ETA: kidshop - totally agree on the Kronk issue.

toxicology reports no drugs.

since drugs are maintained in the hair however long her hair was would have determined what she had been given for the past 6, 8. 10 months of her little life.

for them to say they found no drugs (and hair was used for testing) rules out that she often drugged her to make her sleep so she could go out dancing?

including the chloroform?

See pg 36 of the results. I can't figure out how to copy/paste the one part but it says that it doesn't rule out prior use / exposure to drugs or volatiles.

Not sure about the actual tire, but the "bodily fluids" :guilty: soaked into the trunk lining, as in this article:

There are also new revelations in the new documents about the mysterious stain in Casey Anthony's car trunk. FBI investigators say the stain is shaped like a child's body in the fetal position. The FBI says the child's back, bottom and legs could be seen most clearly.

Oh dear lord. I never heard that before. :sad1:

Going based on my memory of reporting back then including the release of videos of questioning of Casey, Cindy and George and including jail house videos--

This is my theory on what they "knew".

I think they had a "feeling" as things came to light. When they didn't see Caylee in the trunk--there was relief. They have believed Casey's lies for so long, that when she began lying about Caylee--they had a feeling something bad happened, but as long as they believed Casey--then they held out hope.

But during the police investigation process--they went through many possible scenarios. When they did not pan out or materialize, I think they went with the Nanny theory.

So I don't think it was a cover up. I think they expected the worst and hoped for the best and nothing more.

I think they know in the back of their minds that she must have done something but just couldn't and still can't wrap their minds around that fact. It must be so hard to realize that your child is capable of something like that. Cindy's call to 911 when she said how the car smelled was definitely a panic call and we can only guess as to what she thought that smell was and why the car smelled like that.

Holy Moly, Baez just told George A that Mr. Ashton couldn't help him. So basically, stop looking at the state attorney for help to answer the questions...

If Baez really believes Casey and that is why he is going after George, he's a fool. If he doesn't believe her and is going after George in this way to create doubt, he's an a$$

I agree

I tweeted, "Can a hoarde of #zombies PLEASE bust into the #CaseyAnthony courtroom? Wanna prove that Jose has no braaaaains."

:lmao:

That autopsy report clearly indicates that the body could not have been moved randomly, it had to have been where it was for some time. I don't know how the defense is going to get around that as that is part of their explanation of whatever it is they're trying to infer.

Specifically, I do not know.

What I Do know is that a portion of their defense will be to discredit any and all scientific evidence and testimony. Where they can, they will try to get their own expert to paint a different picture. Where they can't, they will attempt to discredit what they are being told. Without their own expert, it will be extremely tough for Jose to successfully cross examine as he is, opinions aside, an attorney and no t a scientist.

I know JB asked this of George, but am I the only one who thinks it odd that they got notice of the car being towed and didn't call Casey asap to find out what had happened? I know her history of running out of gas and stealing but my parents were control freaks and would have called me screaming -even if just to leave a v/mail.

I believe that they had been trying to get in touch with her for quite a number of days prior to that which was why GA was so freaked out when he smelled the odor coming from the car. I think as soon as he knew Casey's car was there he went to see if he could find out where Casey was from anything left in the car.

not that it matters in the grand scheme of things but who's car was it?

did Casey live with her parents or was it actually their car they let her use?

because my parents don't get anything sent to them with regards to my car. dl renewals, sticker renewals, tickets and toll road bills got to the owner of their car at their registered address.

if casey didn't live there her dl should have been changed to reflect that so why were her parents getting notification of the tow?

Casey did live there and afaik, that car was her parents car, but they basically gave it to her. So, I'm thinking it was still registered to them, kwim?

Casey did live with her parents (more or less from what I can gather) until June 16th when she started stay with Tony. The car was hers but the title was/is in her parents name.

oh ok - thanks.

it kept bugging me while i was listening to her dad - just kept thinking "why would YOU get the notice" i figured it had to be registered to him but wasn't sure
