This is the first time I am hearing that casey wanted to put caylee up for adoption. When was this stated? I can't believe I missed this.

Also, in yesterdays questioning of George he stated they didn't know she was pregnant until she was 6 - 7 months along. That, I don't believe. She was clearly pregnant. Why would they want to keep the baby?

It is in Kiomarie Cruz's statements. She hasn't testified in the trial yet but she is on the list. I believe it was mentioned by several HS friends of Casey. I also seem to remember Jesse Grund saying something similar.

Its a thought that has gone through many people's minds. However, they do have Cheney Mason, a death penalty trial qualified lawyer, so Im not sure if it will fly.. At least I hope not


Its the law. Casey hired Jose Baez herself. Paid him over $200,000 grand by selling to pics and videos to Good Morning America. After that money ran out and she had no more left, she was declared indigent, therefore the attorney must now be paid by the state. In fact, Baez can't even quit. If you are hired by someone who later, after you have been paid, declares indigent , you just can't quit and run.

Yes I understand he cant quit, just never heard of a personal attorney getting paid by the state. I know she is indigent and that he got that amount. It just surprises me that could happen

in lots of pictures both her eyes appeared to be somewhat black, which led to lots of speculation in the beginning, but many kids with allergies or lack of sleep get that look...(not like the one in this picture though)

You know what's frustrating is that we all know that Casey is a liar. She has said a lot of things to a lot of people and no one really knows what is truth or not!

lots of her buddies around that time were posting that they did this to girls...almost kind of like the date rape type drug.

quite frankly it is an inconveinence to him and to all the other people who got caught up with her. None of them are responsible, they were all just partying and having a good time.

Kind of like Lazzaro yesterday (but not as bad). I guess I can understand that they "dated" this girl for 2 months and it ended up affecting their lives for years... but a child was killed. Don't they care at all ?!
