OK...confession here. I ran out of gas across the street from a gas station and called AAA. A long time ago. This was back when I didn't even pump my own gas...I'd drive further to a full serve station. DON'T JUDGE ME! LOL

If the car broke down, meaning it wont start. If the car was towed it just automatically it started when george drove it home. HMMMM...

OK, from reading websleuths in the past, I recall people speculating that there was nothing wrong with the car. Casey had to ditch it because it was starting to smell. She had already started dropping hints to her friend Amy that her father had run over a squirrel and it was smelling really bad. So, she knew Tony was leaving to NY and she was expected to drive him to the airport. Casey didn't want to do that in her car because it was starting to smell, so she ditched it and claimed it had an issue with the gas gauge. People mentioned that the way it was parked , it was hard to figure how it was pushed in there if it was out of gas.

Makes sense, now she can use Tonys car and the smell issue is averted. Im not sure how she was going to get her car back or if she meant to leave it there. But it was towed, and that was it.

Anyway, Bozo, is again, well.. Bozo.

Well, tomorrow is another day. I have a dentist appt at 9, hopefully I can stream it on the iphone and watch while they poke and prod.

I think Casey was hoping the car would be stolen. Maybe she could pretend to her parents that the car had been taken with Caylee in it - wouldn't be the first to have tried that story! At the very least, if the car was stolen and found later smelling like a dead body, she could blame that on the car thief. Car was fine when she left it -the thief must have put a body in the trunk. Not Casey's fault.

Okay Baez's defense is this was accidental drowning and not mentioning anyone is murdered. So why is he asking him if she mentioned anyone getting murdered. Did she murder her or was it accidental? He is all over the place. He is very mad because these photographs and videos have been brought into evidence.

Didn't watch, but I would guess that if she didn't mention any kind of anything that could be tied to planning a murder, then she couldn't possibly be a murderer, now could she?

The only problem with that--she didn't mention the drowning, so by that line of thinking, Caylee could not have possibly drowned, either.

Yes, they showed the tape with Casey arm in arm with her boyfriend, and prosecution implying that this was the life she wanted to have, carefree etc, so thats why she killed Caylee. The tape was from the day (June 16) the defense says Caylee drowned, I think.

For someone being told something so horrendous by daddy after finding her baby girl dead--you would think that there would be *Something* in that video that indicates FEAR or maybe a smidge of sorrow.

But nope--NADA.

I had a toddler burn her little toes and sustain 2nd degree burns. (scaldin0g hot water accident in tub at my mom's )

After her treatment and other things, we were able to resume our day. We went on with breakfast plans we had as there was no reason to cancel them and it was with other family.

I didn't go to blockbuster that night. I went to a clothing store to find adult sized socks that would fit over her bandages so they would be kept clean. (She resumed walking and it became obvious that without shoes--stark white medical bandages don't stay clean very long.) You would see surveillance video of me with some concern, but NOT much at all. But I went in with a mission to help my baby girl, bought my socks and left. (We bought socks with pink piggies on them.)

He approached the podium and clearly there was attitude from the video of them being inside JC pennys. He started asking asking him if she bought a gun, duct tape, chloraform, I think a gas can. then he asked did she mention to you about murdering anyone ? I just could not concieve how he declares a drowning and then asks that question. He will continue his questioning him tomorrow.

I have a question for you experts and I apologize if this has been discussed already. I remember watching tv and seeing lots of footage of George and Cindy Anthony visiting that P.O.S. Casey in jail....pleading with her to tell them where Caylee was etc. I also seem to recall Casey at one point refusing to see her mother because she was angry at her and only agreeing to see George. Clearly, because he was a "molester" you know - LUDACRIS!!!! It was so obvious back then that George cared about and loved Caylee AND Casey even when it was obvious to the rest of the world who was guilty here. It was also very clear that no, George did not know where Caylee was and did not know she had died in the pool.

My question is this - are those tapes admissble in court? I think I recall hearing the prosecution would not be able to use them, but wanted to verify. If they cannot use them, what a shame.

Hard telling at this point. So far everything the state has asked to be allowed into evidence was brought in. Its coming out piece by piece. I dont know if it admissable or not. I guess we have to wait and see. I agree, but the defense needed something so they went with the best of what they could think of.

That is when she stayed with him on a regular basis. He might think twice about who and where he gets dates from. I hope they show a replay on Baez interviewing tony. They usually post on the wftv.com page so you can watch. It was so bizzare with Baez's behaviour today.
