I haven't been in a JC Penney for years but as far as I remember they didn't carry guns, plastic bags, duct tape & chloriform (sp)

If the car broke down, meaning it wont start. If the car was towed it just automatically it started when george drove it home. HMMMM...

I don't know the reason why the car wouldn't start, but someone questioned yesterday (somewhere) how George knew to bring gas cans when he went to pick up the car. I thought that was a good catch.

So Baez is shooting off ridiculous questions of the ex-boyfriend about Casey...did she ever talk about murdering anyone? Did she buy any weapons at Blockbuster? Did she talk about any murders that she previously committed? Did she buy any duct tape? Was there any duct tape laying around that she might have taken? Did she take any weapons from you? And on and on. SO...it means something that Casey never mentioned MURDERING her to her ex, but completely understandable that she didn't mention an ACCIDENTAL drowning???

Okay Baez's defense is this was accidental drowning and not mentioning anyone is murdered. So why is he asking him if she mentioned anyone getting murdered. Did she murder her or was it accidental? He is all over the place. He is very mad because these photographs and videos have been brought into evidence.

I never get the sense that Bozo's questioning ever helps her in any way. Seems it often hurts her.
