You know, everything they have said and done to try and help Casey and cover for her will now be contorted and used against them. Its ironic.

The more I think about it, the more ridiculous Baez is. He says Casey is a born liar, she always has been due to her upbringing. But NOW, when she is facing the worse, she has finally decided to tell the truth? She never has before. She's always created bigger lies to get out of her messes. The lies have gotten bigger and bigger, and now apparently, the biggest one yet.

Exactly--which brings us to the problem of REASONABLE doubt.

Is it REASONABLE to trust her accusations NOW?

No. Not at all.

What did I miss? George has a girlfriend...he's not married to Cindy anymore?

He had an affair with a woman who the defense claims will testify that George made a statement to her about how this whole thing was an accident that got out of control.

It was late last night when I wrote my thoughts on this and even now I can't remember what they said her name is.

Gosh it kind of makes you wonder if something you say is going to come back to bite you in the *** someday in a courtroom or police investigation.

Yep. George wanted...and tried and tried.....to believe Casey's "kidnapping" story until even he had to admit to himself that there was no way on God's green earth that tale was true. Unless he was willing and able to make the leap to, "My daughter killed my granddaughter," he had to come up with something else to explain what happened. And I don't think he was ready to accept that Casey killed Caylee. So the next best "acceptable" story in his mind was the old accident that snowballed out of control story.

George's acceptance of the truth has come in stages and not in one magic moment, which is pretty normal for many people.

I know this has been answered, but please just throw me a bone. After the TruTV coverage ends, where can I find the trial and watch it live? I missed George's testimony yesterday.

"It would be very helpful to give a list of 40 names..." (not sure what he was saying here..."

"If we are going to play this game, then I am going to play a game and the game is this, 35 minutes for lunch and we are going to go late. We are not going to have the jury sit and wait while you search for files..."

Also said that he couldn't make the state do that, but he would do stuff. Told them to work it out and it they would work half day on Sunday, too.

Telling them to get their acts together or he will work on their schedule.

And it sounds like a 10 minute recess Already?

If anyone is not watching, the state has over 500 people on its witness list. Defense says that it would like a list for the week so they can be prepared so they don't have to search through 500+ files each time a witness is called as they don't know the order of witnesses. They asked for time to look for the file and prepare for the next witness.

Judge says that if they want to play that game, he will play his own game. This means 35 minute lunches and working late, including Sundays if need be. He will NOT have a jury hanging around waiting. They need to figure this out between the two sides.

Nice start from Bozo. 10 minute recess right out of the gate at 9am because Baez can't find a file. Idiot.

I followed wftv.com's directions & got it all set up on my iPhone because I'll be away from home Thurs & Fri. Skyfire browser installed & can see the video now. Woohoo.

I thought she looked better today until someone pointed our that her shirt is all wrinkled.


Maybe they are treating her like Royalty. (When William and CAtherine left for their weekend the day after the wedding, a zoomed in photo showed that William's shirt was fresh out of the package with the fold creases still there.)

Not defending Bozo here, can't stand him, but I do think that the Judge was addressing BOTH sides. Kinda telling both sides to grow up and be get serious. Fix the issue....however they see fit, but so something about it.

Cameron Campano (sp?)--first witness, 23yo presently lives in Cleveland, OH...

Attended college at Full Sail (HEy--I been there---AWESOME facility), August 2007 to sometime in 2009.

I have no idea what his relevance is to this case.
