Has anyone else noticed all of the new home pictures and video that both Nancy Grace and Jane Valez Mitchell have had on their shows this week? Easter pictures, bathing suit pictures, videos .Many were taken in the Anthony home, I wonder did they buy the rights to these before or after the verdict? And who did they buy them from, I think Casey or the parents.

Yes, I have noticed this too and was wondering from whom they obtained them from and how much did they pay for them? :confused3 ... my first instinct is telling me that they got them from Cindy & George, (via their lawyer of course), because I've been wondering how they have been supporting themselves without working? ... and I did hear their lawyer say this week that since they can't really seek or obtain employment they will be "exploring all opportunites" - which to me implied paid interviews, book & movie deals, etc. ...

Why can't they?

Why can't they?

Their lawyer implied that they can't seek gainful employment due to the circumstances surrounding them, i.e. their notoriety, being involved in the case, the death threats against them & for their safety concerns, nobody would hire them, etc., ...

guess we're sauppose to feel sorry for them now :rolleyes1:rolleyes1:rolleyes1

Morning! I still don't understand why KC's friends were allowed to speak on the stand about the fact that they felt she was a good mother (for example Mallory) OR the fact that she never worried about Caylee. They seem to be opinions as well. I do agree that Tracy's Padilla association may have caused some credibility concerns though.

Wow... having been glued to this story since it broke in 2008, I am having a tough time with how this is all turning out. Just sayin' :sad2:

Much of thr good mom questioning was obected and sustained. Baez was restricted to fact based questions regarding being cared for at all. Iirc, questions like..did Caylee appear dressed and fed, did Casey harm her...that kind of thing. He could not ask them of she was a good mom.

I don't think George & Cindy ever, in a zillion years, thought Casey would be found Not Guilty and released this soon. George & Cindy must now rush and sell whatever they can, do as many interviews as they can, make as much money as they can before Casey stakes her claim to the money made from the "merchandising" of Caylee.

I really think Cindy was counting on Casey being found guilty. That way she alone would control the message regarding the "real" story of Caylee & Casey, and she & George alone would profit from this tragedy. Well, uh oh.....now who owns Caylee?

I have no sympathy for the Anthonys. Cindy could have stayed at work. She took the disability route for 3 years now. She is now on permanent disability. I don't know about George. He was lying about working (like Casey) for a time. In his suicide note he describes Cindy as the breadwinner.

The dumb juror members couldn't see past Baez lies, but I think Cindy and George's testimony really made an impact. In their effort to save Casey from the death penalty they set her free.

They should feel immense guilt for the part they played in this, but I think they will capitalize on Caylee's death just like the jurors, lawyers, friends, and family. Especially Casey who stands to be a millionaire from murdering her daughter.

I am sure all of these parties rationalize selling their story by saying they have no other alternative. Not true. Cindy and George could change their appearances and move to anywhere outside FL and start fresh. They don't want to. It is sick to think, but they would rather be lazy and sell their granddaughter's story for blood money than work at a McDonalds in Idaho.

Glad I aksed, I was pretty sure they were newly released and from the looks of the majority of them they were personal pictures of the family.
I think it was most likely Cindy or her lawyer.
I did not hear this but was told by my sister, John King from HLN said Nancy Grace should apologise to Casey???? I told her she was crazy that can't be true, My sister might have gotten it wrong but if anyone else heard that I would like to know.

The even thought of that by anyone (i.e. the grandparents, Casey, etc.) is just so very sad :sad1: ... True - but sad :sad2: ...

Ahhh, the "permanent disablity" defense - didn't even think of that, silly me ... so I guess the taxpayers will always be paying for the Anthony family in one way or another - whether it's for their police protection, or their daughter's legal bills or for their disability insurance, etc. ...

I totally agree 100% with everything you said also ...

Oh yes, it's true. John King asked Nancy if she thinks she owes Casey an apology. I didn't hear Nancy's answer....but I bet it was colorful:lmao:

I've noticed the media is beginning to take on a "poor little Casey" attitude. Nancy Grace, her viewers, and anyone who has blogged, written, spoken, or protested Casey's guilt....well, they are suddenly "wing-nuts". Casey is slowly but surely becoming the victim, and that's the story she will sell to the highest bidder.

I didn't hear that, but if he did say that, apologize for what?! ... yes, Nancy Grace can be overbearing, insulting, etc., but IMO, in the case concerning Casey Anthony, is it all warranted ...

I personally dont think you are going to see much of George. I feel if anyone he was treated horrible during all this. Was he a whipped husband? yes I think he was. Did he love Caylee? yes I believe he did. did he love Casey? I think he did.

Did he probably let Cindy and Casey get away with alot as far as Caseys behavior growing up? Yes I think so.

but did he do any of the nasty things the defense tried to say he did and never proved? I really dont think so.

He was ex police. I dont think covering up an accident would have ever crossed his mind. And anyone can accuse someone of molesting them but there is no proof of that at all yet his name is sullied and the jury evidently believed that without any proof but they couldnt believe that Casey killed her daughter without any 'proof'

I think George and Cindy will split up and we wont hear much from George. Cindy I think we will and I think she will work hard to get back on good terms with Casey

Maybe they are just changing their tunes to appear sympathetic towards to Caylee in the hopes of getting that first "exclusive" interview from Casey, KWIM? ... IMO, I don't know why anyone would want to pay Casey for anything she may have to say because it's just going to be one lie right after another ... what a waste of money :sad2: ...

I have a son who had difficulties. He is soft and kind heaeted, so wouldn"t hurt anyone. But, he would not live by house rules and He had to move out. He was angry and estranged. I love my children, but I dud not go look for him. It was difficult not knowing but it was best.

Eventually he re establishrd a relationship and it is good.

I wonder what drives CA to chase after KC. There must be emeshment and codependancy out the whazoo. CA should let it go. It really is the best way. If KC wanted to reconcile, she would.

See the post above by 17 Cherrytree lane, it is true, John asked her if Casey deserves an apology. I owe my sister an apology, that is for sure for doubting her.
I keep wondering what the sleezy spin doctors are going to come up with.
