9 pm EST - Dateline NBC has a Casey Anthony special on inc. new light on the jury's decision.

What kind of depo are you talking about? Does this have to do with ZG case? Is this maditory or volunteer? And what is it called to locate it? time?

Thanks for posting this :thumbsup2
Funny how you can look at something for 3 years and miss an important detail like this! :goodvibes

I'll add it to my things that don't make sense. Like when her car was backed in to the parking space beside the dumpster at Amscott - how many times when you break down do you have someone push your car from the front so you can back into a parking space beside a trash dumpster? And when Tony picked her up and she left the car there, she jumped in his car and had a bag of frozen food with her. Per Tony, not items from a grocery store, but like opened stuff from her home freezer - makes me wonder if Caylee's body had been in the freezer too and that's when she was placed in the trunk and backed into that space beside the trash dumpster?

No, I dont think that was when Caylee was placed in the trunk. Remember she ditched the car b/c it smelled so bad. She had already commented to friends a day or so before about the stench PLUS if Caylee was in the freezer I can't imagine her body would decompose and stink that quickly.

Could it be that Casey chloroformed the child, and when she died she eliminated and Casey had to change her out of her old clothes and into new ones? Where were the original clothes that Caylee left the house in? If it were an accident, why would you ditch the clothes that GA saw her in for this new outfit? Could Casey have thought that maybe there was more to be eliminated and put the pullup on to contain that as well as any other fluids that would leak out?
::yes::::yes::::yes::

The only Kronk theory I have ever heard from the defense was in regards to him dragging the body around town for months on end. The way CM is talking now, neither George nor Casey put Caylee in the woods to begin with. So now we are assuming Kronk came to read the meter, STOLE THE BODY FROM THE ANTHONY HOUSE, and dumped it in the woods?? :rotfl2:

AND used their duct tape AND wrapped the body exactly the same way that the Anthonys' did with their dead pets. Don't forget he stole Casey's car the transport the dead body and used their computer to do all sorts of crazy searches before the fact...

My kids are on their way home so I will have to leave you all. Sweet dreams! :flower3:

She has gotten a subpoena.

I would imagine there is trouble if one fails to show up for it.

Quick google provided this extremely general response:

You can be held in contempt - typically, the court that supervises the grand jury which issued the subpoena will issue an order holding you in civil contempt, which means you will be sanctioned (usually by being incarcerated) until you are willing to comply with the subpoena. As an alternative, you could be held in criminal contempt, which means you would be fined or incarcerated for failing to obey the subpoena; prosecutors usually prefer civil contempt, though, because it's more effective in coercing the witness to comply with the subpoena.

From NG's FB (don't judge me! :lmao:)

Nancy Grace Exclusive tonight: Joining Nancy Grace this evening is a Psychologist who examined Casey Anthony at the request of her defense team. Dr. William Weitz weighs in on the recent Tot Mom not guilty verdict. Watch Nancy Grace tonight at 8PM ET on HLN

What can he possibly say without breaking patient confidentiality? I'm not watching. (Yeah, right. ;) Maybe not tonight tho...I'm weaning myself from this trial!)

Maybe he'll do it hypotheticals. Like he can say "Hypothetically speak if you have a patient who was charged with killing her two year old...."

Another article....has the offending Mason photo, so I won't post the link--but here is the text:

From Orlando Sentinal posted by halboedeker on july 8

There’s a big difference between Casey and Jose,” Rivera said. “There was negative press directed at Jose by the local Bar. They were relentless in the attacks on him, people like Mark NeJame. They went after Jose in a way that was vicious. Jose has proved himself. He could have folded a million times. He stood his ground. He was David against Goliath. The Constitution protects unpopular people. The fact is he got paid chump change, sacrificing three years of his life. He is owed a huge apology from the local Bar and NeJame and other people.”

NeJame’s response? “Geraldo has done as much research on me as he did on Al Capone’s vault.”

A couple pages ago someone posted a link to some place that was carrying the deposition live.

If my niece is with me for the afternoon, I'd be considered her care giver. If something happened to her while she was with me then I, as her care giver, would be held responsible.

With that said, it seems like the jury totally did not understand the meaning of care giver. They had to be looking at it in a general sense of who takes care of Caylee every day ... and might've been wondering if it's Cindy & George since they pay for her food/clothing/shelter ... or if it's Casey because she gave birth to Caylee even though she might not always be around. Not thinking "Who was Caylee's care giver THE DAY SHE DISAPPEARED" is unreal.

I am quite convinced that they didn't realize care giver could mean who was in charge of Caylee from the time GA last saw her on.

So ... who was Caylee's care giver the day she "disappeared"? That person was Casey. GA saw Caylee and Casey leave the house at 12:30 the afternoon the day Caylee "disappeared". Nobody ... not one person, not one store surveillence video, not one friend, not even Tony Lazarro said that they saw Caylee that afternoon. That is until the 8 pm Blockbuster video surveillence that showed Casey and Tony together without Caylee. So, if Casey wasn't Caylee's care giver from 12:30 til 8 pm and on, WHO was? So, Caylee "disappeared" (was murdered) under Casey's care. There were no sightings of Caylee after the day that GA last saw her ... so whose care was she under? Casey's. Plain and simple.

Seeing how there was no Zanny the Nanny to drop Caylee off at, nobody else to say they took Caylee that day, Casey was the last care giver that Caylee was with. Casey didn't name anyone else as a potential care giver on that last day she was alive. So, if she was with Casey last, who the heck do they think the care giver was!?

Hi! This is EXCELLENT! Okay, I wasn't aware of the timeline of June 16th at 12:30 lunchtime was the last time George saw the baby. I didn't know the blockbuster video survelliance was on June 16th at 8p.m. either. I wasn't sure of the exact time line here. So, some time between 12:30 p.m. and a little time before 8 Caylee was murdered?

Also, when George last saw the baby what was the baby wearing? Are you telling me she was wearing something different then the clothes she was found in?

Thanks! Brunette

The alternate juror #2 was "waiting for the smoking gun".
Alternate juror #1 says Casey didn't seem like a party girl, but like a 22 yo who wanted to have a good time.

AJ#1 said Casey had a support system with her parents. Yeah -- but what happens when that support system doesn't want to support anymore? You kill your kid or do you get a job and be responsible?

AJ #1 doesn't understand why duct tape would be used on Caylee. (Seriously?)

Based on that statement, I guess that they need to let Scott Peterson walk free because there was no weapon found in his case. I'm sure there are other guilty people who need to walk free if there wasn't a weapon present.
Perhaps we need to arrest people only if we can find a weapon. Forget DNA underneath fingernails, that doesn't mean anything anymore. No murder weapon, then don't bother to arrest for the crime.

Why would you take an innocent act and make it look like murder? That's what Ashton asks and it's question that really bothers me as there is no logical answer.

Does anyone know how this will be done live? The million dollar question is since zanny doesnt live there and you dont know her Caylee was in your care? BINGO!!! Let the jurors hear that response and they will really be sick to there stomachs.

Me too. I can't for the life of me figure that can actually be in question. Has there ever been another case like this? Seriously, people hide murders as accidents, not the other way around.

This website is incredible. This woman put so much time into. It breaks down the 16th by interviews, depos, phone calls etc.

Well since only one juror has demanded 5 figures for his story and 2 have spoken out already (one "paid" with a trip to WDW, which honestly could have just been a couple of hundred in MYW tix, and one kept anonymous and not confirmed to have been paid anything), it does make me feel a little less like all of the jurors were money-hungry morons.

Yes -- GA said she was wearing a pink shirt, a jean skirt, white tennis shoes and hair in a pony tail when he saw her last. Casey gave a very similar description saying she wore a pink shirt and jean shorts.

Skirt ... shorts ... either way, both were jean fabric and NOT what Caylee was wearing when her skeletal remains were found. She was wearing pink and white striped shorts as shown in an earlier video of Casey playing with Caylee. She was wearing a top with words on it. Granted, that was pink ... but the shorts part was totally wrong on both of their behalves.

And remember Cindy said that the top that was found was not one that was in her house and she had never seen it before. However, there was a photo of Caylee in the same shirt with Casey.

I miswrote--I meant biased against the defense and it was not my opinion, but of other people, that I was speaking of...

As for the inmate--I know how she got it, I was commented on the defense attorney who seemed to believe that it was George's choice. I was reiterating that it was not.

I was just adding info about how Casey found Baez as an aside.

Her attorney already admitted she lied about ZG the nanny in court, on the record.

From what I'm hearing from attorneys, this ZG won't have a case because Casey was not speaking of an actual person.. Apparently Zenaida(SP?) Gonzales is a fairly common name in the south Florida area. It would be like someone saying Joe Boudreaux took my child in my area. There are many of them and it would not be specific against 1 person.

I swear I read or heard somewhere along the line that nobody was able to connect an inmate at the jail during the time Casey was there with Baez. He didn't have any clients there and he hadn't been at the jail in weeks. I believe I read there was some connection to Baez from one of Casey's ex-boyfriends. Unless I am remembering wrong, it seems she may have lied about hearing the name Baez from an inmate. I know, I know, it is shocking that she may have lied!

Good grief. These jurors need to keep their mouths shut if they really are concerned about people thinking they are incompetent. Everytime they speak, they just reenforce their ignorance.

Seriously, people hide murders as accidents, not the other way around.

I remember a case a few years back where someone killed their grandma because they wanted the inheritence. I think they strangled grandma but, after that, they threw the body down the stairs to make it look like a fall.

So, yeah ... people cover up murders by making it look like an accident and not the other way around.
