My heart has been so sad since Tuesday and I can't seem to get Caylee off my mind. I keep thinking about her and how it is not fair that her voice has not been heard. I wasn't going to watch the sentencing because everytime I watch the news, I get mad. I have it turned on and I need you all to help me get through it.

mason is a bone head - he goes on some show a couple of years ago as one of those talking heads who don't know whats going on and says KC will prob get life then has the balls to say what he did 2 days ago against the "talking heads"

when we get there there is a dr in front of the incubator so we're standing there waiting when the nurse comes over and tells us she was moved to the room behind us and is now in a crib. woo hoo.

she's off the oxygen but still on the cpac machine but is breathing just normal air.

11 days old and i'm counting but still no word on when she can come home

Dumb question does the judge give the sentence or the jury, I really hope Judge Perry comes down as hard as he can on her today.

Yes. Casey drove friends to dinner in her car after Caylee went missing. Two of them even sat in the back seat. They smelled nothing.

If a dead body had touched anything, the cadaver dogs would have been capable of picking up on it.

I guess Caylee walked into the woods, wrapped duct tape around her own head, chloroformed herself, and then broke her own neck. People of Florida should be ashamed.

I don't think there's any dispute over the disposal of the body - the questions surround how she got to be dead in the first place, and who bears what degree of responsibility for that death.

Cindy took Caylee to visit great grandpa. Later that day, Cindu was told by her mother that Casey had been stealing money from greatgrandpa's account.

When Cindy got home with Caylee, she confronted Casey about the stealing. It became physical. Casey sai screw you I'm leaving.

She took Caylee and left the house. She chloroformed caylee in the car to put her unconscious so that she and he boyfriend could spend the evening together. Later, Casey saw that Caylee was dead.

She put the baby in the trunk and went about her business, as a sociopath would. As the car began to stink, she went home while George nd Cindy were out. She backed the car into the garage, took the dead baby out, laid her on the ground in the backyard, duct taped her for being skeeved of bugs getting in the baby's mouth, put her in bags and dumped her in the swamp.

Again, being a sociopath, she felt no remorse, and probably felt like she just gave the shaft to Cindy and George who loved caylee so much. There was no was she would turn herself in as an accidental death due to chloroform because she'd end up in jail.

So she made the best of it, stayed away for 31 days, got her tat, partied, whatever. She dumped the car. When the car was found, thats when she came home with her whopper of lies about zanny the nanny and the rest of the ****.

What do you think of my idea?

I think that is what happened. I thought she put the duct tape over her mouth to keep her quit in case she woke up but what you said makes sense.

I also think Baez knows what happened. He says it was never a MURDER trial.
