Anthony family attorney is saying Cheney Mason or someone from the firm might take Casey in.

hmmm, wonder who that may be ... Mr. Baez perhaps? ... I also heard him say that Casey may go to Texas, Mexico or Puerto Rico ... Baez was born in Puerto Rico so I wonder if he still has family there that may take her in also ...

They showed the Anthony's home with a police car and police on horseback outside. I hope that the Anthony's are paying for that and not the residents of the state of FL. Alleges they've received 14 death threats via fax at attorney's office so far.

You know, with all the lies the Anthony family has told, personally I don't know whether to believe anything they have to say anymore ... I think they have cost the State of FL & the taxpayers enough $$$ & time ... I surely hope they are not wasting anymore of it ... sorry for my skepticism, but just sayin' ...

It was on TV. Its an hour long so there is a lot of content. In a nutshell, he feels the Anthony family really isn't any more or any less dysfunctional than any other family. He mentions Cindy just didn't want to believe that Casey had anything to do with it. George suspected something was up. He finds George to be a very conflicted person. That after his suicide attempt, he changed into a just "support my wife" mode.

George learned about implicating him a few months before trial and he was very very upset. It was at this point that he kind of stopped covering for Casey.

The one that surprised him most was Lee. He had been very helpful and cooperative through out the case but when he got on the stand during trial it was a completely different person. Frank George had to pull everything out of him and then he became a witness for the prosecution.

As far as prosecuting Cindy for perjury, its not for him to call. He is too close to the investigation and doesn't find it appropriate for him to make that determination.

He was also asked about the supposed fight the night of the 15th. He mentions that since Cindy had a completely different story of the 15th and Casey never said, they didn't pursue it.

He talks about the evidence, Jose Baez, Casey, Roy Kronk, Yuri Melich... I would keep checking You tube. I have a lot of respect for him.

He is supposed to be on the Dr Drew show tonight as well.

YES!! That is exactly what I said a bunch of posts back! Let them talk and one of them will slip. And WHY on earth would the Prosecutor let someone on the jury who says " my religion will not let me judge" really?

They tried, twice, judge said no.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I sure wish Judge Perry had granted that mistrial that Baez and crew kept asking for during the trial.

After listening to that alternate juror last night and taking into account how quickly the jury came to a verdict, I am convinced that the jurors were talking about this case all along.

Which means they did not follow the judges instructions........ jury nullification????????

Cheryl Arrutt (forensic psych) says if you're outraged over the verdict, think twice when you get that jury duty slip, don't try to wiggle your way out of it, and remind yourself how you feel about this and how important your voice is!

So, do your civic duty, people ... regardless of whether it's a huge murder trial or a car accident.

Prosecution didn't want Her, defense said it was because of race and judge let her through.

I didn't have a problem with them not speaking after the verdict if they chose to be anonymous. I have a problem that the very next day they are out SELLING their story. That tells me a lot about them right there.

Juror #3 said "If you cannot prove what the crime was, you cannot determine what the punishment should be."

Ummm ... deciding punishment wasn't their job!!! The judge never instructed them to consider punishment in the verdict!!

Love how juror #3 wanted to be on this case. Did she see $$ signs?

$$$ signs and why were they even thinking punishment during this stage, punishment was neither here nor there at this point.

I am 100% convinced they wanted a smoking gun. They wanted absolute solid proof that Casey did it. Something that tied her directly to it without a doubt. Maybe a photo of Casey holding chloroform up to Caylee's face? Maybe video of Caylee chugging a well labeled bottle of Xanax?

Thing is, if the prosecution had such clear-cut evidence, Casey would've been begging for a plea bargain!

I think they wanted that too..and to be honest for me to say murder one I would have needed more too...but the state did present enough evidence for lesser charges and it makes me sick that 12 people chose to blatantly ignore it and believe the lies in the opening statement...which wasn't even evidence.

I was away yesterday and saw the verdict when I was sitting in a restaurant in Conn! This is the first time I have had access to my computer so forgive me if I repeat or ask a question that has been asked.

Did anyone else hear Jean Casarez say that the day of closing argument rebuttle that one of the jurors winked at JB? I heard her say that. Also the alternate juror who spoke yesterday sounded as if he had DISCUSSED the case with the rest of the jurors. I could swear he said WE thought. How would he know what "WE" thought? He was not able to discuss anything b/c he was an alternate and he was never able to deliberate. I think the jury discussed this case ahead of time.
Again if others have said this I apologize but I am late to the party and when you miss a day you miss a lot.

We were talking about this at work today and I was told that I am very naive and that all juries talk about the trial during breaks and stuff no matter what the instructions are. People I worked with admitted it...and one was even on the grand jury! I have been on a jury and we did not discuss..unless they did it while I was out of the room.

Juror #3 gave an interview to ABC and they sent her and her family to Disney World ... I don't know if she received any cash also though ...
