Ugh! Last I was on the DIS, this thread was on page 22! I wrote it down, so that I could take up where I left off. I got "a little" sidetracked!

There was a face recognition expert on InSession this morning, who talked about the technology his company developed, and long story short, he does THINK that the pictures TMZ got ARE CA.

I still plan to try to read through this thread...oy! But I'm packing for a trip to sunny muggy Orlando. And hoping we don't run into Emily. Or rather, Emily doesn't run into us.

Hey there!! I heard! Much relieved. I was getting nervous about flying into a storm and turbulence.

You have my cell and email? Who knows if I'll clean out my in-box. Such a chore! LOL I'm in full neurotic packing mode now, and last minute things I should have done before, like checking on park hours. I'll look over YOUR hours again, and hopefully it's a go!

It is her. Even the moles on her arms match. No doubt in my mind AT ALL that it is her. I do think it is staged though. But I wonder WHY it is staged? It doesn't seem beneficial to them. Well, except the money, of course.

Amy probably wants to move past this. Her name is always linked with the check fraud and if I was her, I would want Casey done with probation so this gets out of the news. I feel really sorry for Amy .

Casey is impulsive and does not respect boundaries. If she returns to Orlando she may contact former friends...you know, innocently inserting herself into their lives, coincidentally showing up where they are, accidentally bu** dialing their cell phones. IMO Casey would not be able to resist the temptation.

BTW, I feel really sorry for Amy and hope she has changed her phone#, address, etc.

OK now convinced for sure this is staged. The WS people have figured out what street these videos/pics were taken on and through google streetviews you can tell she was walking in circles in a residential area.

I do feel sorry for Amy, however though Casey still needs to be held accountable for the probation part. Weather or not it is in Florida or what state she is in. By letting her off its just another way to say ok you served the jail time thats all that mattered. Her mother does the same thing. Casey needs to go and deal with the issues at hand that she alone created. She is being sheltered by people and has not learned how to deal with the issues yet. Probation was all ready to make her get a job and keep her from lying about it.

Yes, texting is good. Looking forward to sweating profusely. lol I so miss Florida in Nov/Dec, when we used to go before our oldest entered high school and complained about all the work she had to make up. We've been going in August every year or every other year for a while now. Ugh. But we'll be at WDW! That I can deal with.

Oh yes I agree! I hope Casey is held accountable, but I was trying to see it from Amy's point of view. She's one of Casey's victims, so IMO it's natural for her to want Casey to stay as far away as possible.

The best part of the whole hearing today was this:

The defense admitted it knew that Casey was not supposed to serve her probation while still in jail, but also knew that the corrections department started her probation and ended it while she was still in jail and never said a word to anyone.

"Is it ethical for you not to say anything about the probation that she serving in jail? As an officer of the court should you have alerted people about that?" WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked Casey's attorneys after Friday's hearing.

The attorneys didn't answer the question.

Actually the video about the ethics question on the local news was a lot more exciting. Kathy B asked that ethics question to Cheney Mason and Baez after they left the courtroom and were walking down the street. As soon as she asked that Mason came to a dead stop and threatened her that if she didn't get her mic away from him she "would be sorry" and flung his hand toward her like he was going to strike her! Oh wow what a hothead idiot

He needs to just go take care of his latest client, the child rapist he's busy defending now

I also wanted to add that I'm about 99% sure that was Casey in at least one part of that video/pictures. Only because I saw part of the video played on a giant screen today and one of the parts where she was walking really convinced me. It was absolutely the weird Casey-walk she does, I'm just not sure anyone else could copy that.

I still think they were staged and I'm not sure all the pictures are of her - maybe in some they tried to see if they could pass someone else off as her and spliced them togther somehow (notice she's got a gray shirt on in some, black shirt in some)

I do wonder now if she really was on that plane of "golfers" heading to Ohio the night she was released. I remember reading about her cousin "Nathan" who lives up there, and who was speculated to be Caylee's father (among the other thousands of possibles) - maybe she's hiding out with him?

I'm convinced it was her. At first I didn't think it looked like her, but the moles and the goofy walk with the orangutan arm swing convinced me.

I do think it was staged. There is no way her handlers let her out walking around by herself. I can only think that it was for $$$. Some photog was willing to pay, and he sold to TMZ. . .who swore they wouldn't pay "Casey or the DT" for the photos. Well, they didn't and got around it by going through a middle man. The DT, wasn't getting any offers from anybody else, so in desperation, before she was possibly going to be outed to show up for her probation hearing, sold out to some paparazzi for some small amount, who was able to turn a profit on them.

I actually think it's kind of funny. They so obviously have her roaming around by herself. . .staged. . .in a not so great disguise. If this was real in any way or fashion, she would have her hair dyed and not be in such an obvious incognito get up.

I think the part in bold could be a very real possibility. They all thought they would cash in bigtime after Caseys release, but it turned out that public outrage was too much for anyone to pay for an interview. Now, it's all about getting money any way they can. The DT must not be too worried about Casey's safety if they are putting her out in public like that.

Hey everyone! Been vacationing in Chicago and just got home last night--Was surprised to see noone had posted here in 2 days!

The pics/video isn't Casey. Everythings wrong. Close but no cigar. The eyebrows are off, the lips are wrong but the big tell is the walk. This girl walks like her knees are stuck together. Casey strode like she was on a runway. Legs stretched out, hips rolling with a lilt in her step. This girl doesn't have any of that.

The moles are explained by a dot of eyeliner and the necklace is easily copied. Heck we seen it every day around Cindy's neck.


So what was the result of the probation hearing? Does she have to do it?
