JVM and friends are wowing, over the chloroform info..or lack of. It's being reported, the jury was not informed. Only rebuttal testimony..so this would have been big, if she'd been convicted. I mean, it was a big part of the prosecution's theory.

It was used during Defense's first go.

Prosecution was not made aware of the error until AFTER they rested.

I think people have foggy brains and are making mountains out of mole hills all in the name of ratings and needing to blame someone.

As far as the search--you really need to watch Vinnie's video.

It isn't like they were searching a soccer field.

I saw that on our local news. I was shocked too! Then I found out his offense was when he married the girls mom, she was 14.

Sounds like he married a child (what normal man marries a 14 year old girl). I wonder how safe the 4 year old will be when she's 12-14? Even sadder is that there wasn't anybody in the child's life who came forward that was more suitable. Scary...

The guy was 38 when he impregnated the 14 year old mother originally. Has the FL judge lost his mind? He was divorcing the mother because this particular child wasn't his (the mother died in a car accident a month after this child was born and other family members have had her since).

You're right, it was so close. I wish so much that the body had been found in August when Kronk first reported it. If it had, the evidence would have been much stronger, and Casey wouldn't be out enjoying her game of cat and mouse as she searches for a high bidder. The LE officer who responded at that time lectured Kronk and told him not to call back (after not searching the area). He is no longer with the department.

It reminds me of a case we had here 25 years ago. Two friends went out hunting together. They had been seeing the same girl off and on. One of the boys killed the other one out of jealousy (shot him in the back of the head as he walked behind him).

There was a huge search for the body (the boy was an immediate suspect since they left together and it was known where they went hunting). The body wasn't found until a couple of years later when a hunter found the skull accidentally. It was in the searched area but missed. Fortunately, the hunter didn't go through being accused of all kinds of stuff.

I would be very curious what your theory is? Can you and I agree on a couple facts?
1. Caylee is dead
2. Casey and possibly George were the last ones to see her.
3. Multiple people, including Casey, felt the trunk of her car smelled like something died in it.
4. Roy Kronk had nothing whatsoever to do with the DEATH of Caylee.

Would you agree to the above four facts?

If so, I ask again, what is your theory? You don't buy Roy Kronk's story obviously so does that mean you think he had something to do with Caylee dying? Because really, what he may or may not have done to an already dead body is not the issue. The issue is that there is a dead little girl, a mom that didn't report her death, a smell of death coming from the trunk, and the body found in the woods wrapped in plastic bags. Is this the way you expect people to react after their child accidentally drowns in a pool? Even if panic set in and snowballed, could you imagine anyone having a love-in for the next 24 hours? I would venture to guess that most people that cover up accidents for one reason or another end up isolating themselves so the truth doesn't come out. Can you imagine anyone that is one of the most narcissistic people on the planet sitting in jail for three years facing a possible death sentence when they simply could have blamed someone else?

Do you think Kronk found her body in August, moved her remains multiple times, and went in search of the unusual brand duct tape found in the Anthony home just so he could apply it to the remains he found months earlier?

I truly am curious what your theory is and why Kronk concerns you? Unless you believe he killed Caylee, and I can not even fathom how you would get that idea, any involvement Kronk had was AFTER Caylee had died.

As to the chloroform, it didn't seem to have any bearing on the jury anyway. Their focus was GEORGE. It was the George Anthony trial in their minds. The only "proof" they had that George was involved was a pathological liar that changed her story to implicate her father 6 weeks before the trial started. You don't find that even slightly odd?

Okay be calm while I totally agree with all you said you don't want to end up like CG! Then again maybe Baez will give you guys a group rate! It amazes me that there are still people who cannot accept that CA is a manipulative liar. Mr. Bradley needs to be admonished for creating this mess. He lied in his "press release" which created this poop storm then changed his press release then removed it all together.

I really think if ppl are going to say something they need to have their facts straight. And the media should take 10 minutes to make sure that they're reporting the truth.

Media today is more about sensationalism than journalism.

Well after Jennifer disappeared an unknown person backed Jennifer's car into a parking space at an apartment complex, ditched the car and left, never to be seen again. They don't know if the person who left the car there had anything to do with the disappearance or was just used to get rid of Jennifer's car after the fact. The apartment security camera took pictures of the person but unfortunately it just so happened that the person was behind the larger section of the gate each time the camera snapped (left side of picture below), and you couldn't see their face. But you could see them walking with his/her heels way up in the air....

Notice in the right side photo, Casey does the same thing with her feet. Of course, NOT that Casey had anything to do with JK, but we wondered if that foot position is what gives her the "strut/pance/swagger" and if a guy did the same tippy toe walk would it be noticeable on him too? Could law enforcement add to look for a distinctive swagger? We need a foot expert to FYI if this is unusual or normal!

I have an attorney friend who is "gloat" posting about this error. Can't debate him. He's an attorney and has more practice. He is also channeling his inner Baez on the constitution.

LOL! He's disputing erroneous media report!?!?!! It was his erroneous media report that got this storm brewing. He straight out said said they told him to lie, "selectively omitted" and blew him off. I'm sorry but how is that NOT claiming wrongdoing on the prosecutions part?!?!

Those of us who paid attention to the trial knew this guy was talking out his butt.

He got into an online pissing contest with the creator of Netanalysis and fabricated a story to try and make himself and his program look better. Now he has nothing to say. Another vote for Mason. Baez has never tried to be anything other than a sleazy lawyer (turned sleazy agent?), and you can blame it on being inexperienced, being pretty much a DUI lawyer, being sort of a slimy guy to begin with (not paying his child support, etc.). Mason, on the other hand, had much more experience, a well established career, talked with the media before he joined the defense team, and his opinion was (for all I know) respected. After his little speech and one-fingered salute, it is clear that he is nothing but a slimy, sleazy, opportunistic low-life.
