Why why why do I google Casey Anthony every so often?? It just gives me agida. But...I do it!

She's allegedly going to be baptized? Oh yes, Casey Anthony is good at playing roles.

Casey Anthony is embracing religion, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the notorious 'Tot Mom' is getting baptized.
According to an insider, Anthony, 26, wanted to do something to signify a new beginning in her life.

"Casey has planned to get baptized sometime this month," an insider exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
"She figured getting baptized would be the best way start this new chapter in her life. It's a new beginning."

Last July, Casey was found not guilty in the very public murder trial of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee.

"Casey believes that Caylee is with God now and wants to ensure her own salvation so that she'll see her daughter again someday," the source said.

The only glimpse into Casey's life the public has had since her release from jail were a few videos leaked online in which she showcased a new hair style, a nose ring and her new puppy.

"I'm just really starting to feel good about a lot of things. It's about time," Casey said in one clip. "I'm really starting to like the way things are going and where they're are going.

"I'm just happy. I'm really happy."


How good of her.

And you just KNOW Cindy is thinking this is such a good sign of Casey's innocence, like the sign from God that Casey was innocent when the Pinellas County Dimwit Dozen found her not guilty.

So I'm sitting here in the living room and have InSession on in the kitchen and I hear them talking about Casey, Zenaida and Jeff Ashton, and something about tomorrow at 1:30. I think that's when a hearing starts about the case, which they WILL be carrying, but InSession will be discussing the story starting at 9 AM? They said Jeff Ashton will be on in the morning.

The Zenaida Gonzalez will probably never make it to court. It was the police who zeroed in on this particular Zenaida. How Casey Anthony came up with the name has been speculated about in the press. When the police showed Casey pictures of this Zenaida, Casey said she was not Cayley's sitter. Because there are several Zenaidas in south Fl, her attorneys will be able to say, "We told you Casey is a liar. She picked this name out of thin air and meant no personal harm to any one particular person." Bam, done deal, no court
Note the above are not reflective of my personal opinion in this case. It's what I think could happen based on facts about the case.

Friday, we’re covering the civil suit against Casey Anthony. Anthony’s attorneys are heading to court to persuade a judge to dismiss the defamation suit filed by Zenaida Gonzalez. Retired Assistant State Attorney and prosecutor in the Casey Anthony trial, Jeff Ashton, will join us LIVE at 9a/ET.

And yes, the hearing itself starts at 1:30 PM

I agree and feel there isn't a case at all. But it makes me happy that Casey is still employing lawyers who need to put out her fires for her. I am not sure if they are doing all this pro bono, but I suspect they will all want a little piece of Casey's riches if she is ever able to cash in on this.

I know the jury didn't give the verdict that you wanted by why keep insulting them? No wonder people will do anything to get out of jury service if they know that not doing what the mob wants gets this.

So juries are perfect? Im not going to go into they why's but rest assured this jury deserves what they get. It really doesn't have anything to do with the verdict, but HOW they came up with it.

In fact, its actually made me MORE willing to serve on a jury if it helps keep village idiots off of juries. We need strong , intelligent, capable people on juries, not those who can't handle criticism or aren't willing to admit any possible shortcomings.

I was going to comment, but Lisa said exactly what I was thinking. (And I'm not just agreeing with her because she's going to dedicate her book to me. ) So, THIS:

They have no desire to stay focused on the evidence and all they care about is getting back to their lives. Their lives are far more important than the person on trial and the victim. I think this jury epitomized the saying "Better to remain silent and thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt." ~Abraham Lincoln~ , apparently, having a premonition of Juror #3 Jennifer Ford's interviews.

Watching InSession. They're showing clips, day by day, of the trial. Still tough to watch, but it's always good to see Jeff Ashton and hear his opinions (of the Zenaida Gonzalez case...they talked to him a lot before they started showing the trial clips.)

As always with court cases, each side sounds like they have some valid arguments (speaking about the analysis of the defamation case). If I were a betting person, I'd bet the case gets thrown out. *sigh* But, someday, somehow, Casey will screw up again and get what she deserves. I think she's just too confident about her ability to do what she wants and lie her way out of it. Heck, why wouldn't she be? Look what she pulled off. I don't think (I hope not, anyway) she'll murder anyone, but she'll do something. I think she'll follow in OJ's footsteps, right into prison. Someday.

Anyway, appt and errands this morning, so I'll check back in to the show at 1:30 for the hearing.

LOL, there's a blurb from Greene on the screen stating: It's time for the plaintiff to put up or shut. They need facts. Defamation cases require actual proof or malice.

I hate when attorneys do this. They don't have a case so they talk people to death thinking this will sway a judge or jury.
