Being my first cruise EVER!! what is the Castaway Club and how do you join??

The castaway club is for reterning cruisers. After your first cruise you will automatically become a member for subsiquent cruises. Hope this helps

But, don't expect anything in the mail... DCL seems to be quite inconsistent on CC materials being sent after cruises. If you cruise again on DCL and have not received your number in the mail prior to it, make sure you call DCL and they will note your CC number on your new reservation to make sure you get the free stateroom gifts and the invite to CC club reception.

You will get two pins and one beach towel per stateroom, not per person on your next DCL cruise.
