Cartier Car Service- TOP NOTCH!!!

Just had to write in and give my KUDOS to a great "team"!

1. Our flight number changed and we didn't find out until we arrived at the airport- it was the 3rd change in 5 months! But our driver, Julio, was there waiting for us and we were thrilled he found out in time! We used the van- looked sparkling new and clean- even the carseats were brand new! Gave us our complimentary grocery stop- when dh returned- he reminded dh we should buy bottled water- waited again for dh to return with the water.

2. Very kind driver- said the company had just changed owners and that the new owners were very nice people and he was very pleased to be working with them.

3. Met us promptly at the agreed upon time at our hotel for departure- was very courteous and sweet to our kids and very helpful with the luggage. In the unloading- I realized I had left our camera bag with all our unprocessed film in the back seat of the van. Luckily, our driver Julio had given me a business card and I quickly called the Cartier office- informed them of the left luggage and she was very kind and said she would contact Julio and call me right back- within 2 minutes we had a return call saying Julio had found the bag and was headed back around to drop it off to us. What a RELIEF!! It was handled so professionally and everyone we dealt with was extremely kind- will confidently use them again!

We used Cartier a couple of months ago and their service was fantastic! We also had Julio (very kind and professional) and another driver (can't remember his name, but he was great too--he is a cricket player so he and DH had a great conversation about cricket most of the way to WDW!).

Nice to hear some great reviews on here.
 
wow! who is this magical julio? haha! well, i've heard enough good reviews to go with Cartier. They're also the cheapest.

Ditto on Cartier!!

We used them 3 weeks ago and were most happy with their service. 'Kalim' was waiting at baggage with 'Happy 74th Birthday sign' for my Mom. He helped us find baggage, loaded luggage and even made a stop for us on the way to port. He was very personable, even chatting about his family.

On return 'Julio' (a young X Marine officer) was waiting at port for our return trip to MCO. He kept us entertained with his fun filled personality talking about his kids, and as my son is a Captain in the Army, also some military chat. He mentioned that our previous driver 'Kalim' had since bought the company and would be giving him more hours! Hopefully this info is correct.

Hi- Cartier sounds great! We need a car service in December and would love to go with them. Did you book them online and if so, how do I get in touch with them? I can't seem to find them when I search for on the internet. Thanks for the help.!!

I used the internet sign-up- I was kind of concerned about not talking to someone to confirm- but they sent an email acknowledging my confirmation and I never responded back- they were extremely professional and on top of things- so don't worry if you don't get a personal phone call and you don't need to phone them as long as your gave them your flight information on their web-page sign-up. Oh, and Julio- besides apparently being X-Marine is also a jazz pianist- if you're lucky you might get to hear his music! :) A very talented guy!! :)

We used Cartier (a van) in June and were very impressed. We had family coming in from both Denver and Providence, and the driver rounded us all up and was very kind to all of us, especially our niece and nephew (6 and 8).

Our driver picked us up right on time (he was early) and waited patiently while my MIL ran back into Zawadi Marketplace for one last carved giraffe.

We'll definitely use them again.
 
We began using Cartier this year after experimenting with Tiffany, Fl Tours, Rabbit and a few others. Without exception this is the best company. David sends prompt, clear emails. He is considerate, helpful and professional. Ali is our favorite driver. He is attentive, polite, professional and does not find the need to continually talk. I am so grateful to have found Cartier and will use no other company again. We return in December and I can't wait to see Ali's smiling face!!!!!

Glad to hear all the great reviews. We will be using Cartier next week also. Just have one question for all of you. How much do you usually tip the driver? I don't want to under tip, especially if I get the same driver for the return trip!:confused: :confused:
 
I'm never good at these sort of things- but I think 20% tip on the total price- for instance our round trip price was $90- then to tip $18 would be find- we tipped about $10 over this because he was so helpful with returning our camera case to us and provided excellent service. Does anyone else know the Ms. Ettiquette's specified amount?

So glad to hear that great reviews also. We are using them in less than 2 weeks. I already have the money put away including tip. I have $40 for a tip. $20 each way. There is 3 adults and 4 children. Does that sound good for a tip?
 
We used Cartier on our trip last week also. They were great, we had a woman driver, but the famous Julio was at the airport with her to help with the luggage. The only thing was, when she picked us up at the hotel for our return trip, DH had to load the luggage. She told us she is really a backup driver, that they have been really busy. But she was very nice and professional. In fact, maybe because we had to load the car, she would not even take a tip on the trip to the airport.
The car we had was extremely clean and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us (all adults).
I would recommend them.

We usually do 10% each way for a total of 20%..unless he sucks...which we do less or if they are wonderful we do more. One guy we used once was on the cell the entire time he got a big 00.00.....
 
We used Cartier almost two months ago. They were superb!! I'm glad to see that others are giving them a chance and they are getting more business. Sometimes you do luck out and get more than you've paid for! ;)
 
We had Julio, too! What a nice guy! I wonder if we can request to have him again?

A cute thing happened: I asked him for his business card so that I can "refer him to all my friends". When my sis went to WDW, she coincidentally got Julio, and she mentioned that he was my driver a month before. Well, he said, "yes, I remember her, the beautiful blonde with the two boys."

Julio picked us up yesterday morning! He was 15 minutes early... which my dh was hoping for so that made him happy! He was very nice and professional. We will definately use Cartier again. The car was gorgeous and extremely clean.

I can't remember our driver's name who picked us up at the airport on 9-30 but he was also very nice.... our plane was late and it took forever to get our luggage... I heard him on the phone telling someone to offer the next fare the van at no additional charge because our plane had been late and that one was early. We were very very happy with Cartier!!
