Just had to write in and give my KUDOS to a great "team"!
1. Our flight number changed and we didn't find out until we arrived at the airport- it was the 3rd change in 5 months! But our driver, Julio, was there waiting for us and we were thrilled he found out in time! We used the van- looked sparkling new and clean- even the carseats were brand new! Gave us our complimentary grocery stop- when dh returned- he reminded dh we should buy bottled water- waited again for dh to return with the water.
2. Very kind driver- said the company had just changed owners and that the new owners were very nice people and he was very pleased to be working with them.
3. Met us promptly at the agreed upon time at our hotel for departure- was very courteous and sweet to our kids and very helpful with the luggage. In the unloading- I realized I had left our camera bag with all our unprocessed film in the back seat of the van. Luckily, our driver Julio had given me a business card and I quickly called the Cartier office- informed them of the left luggage and she was very kind and said she would contact Julio and call me right back- within 2 minutes we had a return call saying Julio had found the bag and was headed back around to drop it off to us. What a RELIEF!! It was handled so professionally and everyone we dealt with was extremely kind- will confidently use them again!
