This question is directed to the members who have "worn" babies/young children in carriers/slings/wraps. Have you found something that makes it easy to wear the baby AND carry/hold your camera while walking around? I currently carry my 4 month old son in my Ergo but my camera neck-strap (which is a long cross-body strap) isn't working well in conjunction with the baby carrier. I don't want to keep it in a purse or bag, I want easy/quick access to get spur of the moment shots at our trip to DL next month (and just in general when out with the family). I want something that I can use while carrying the baby in the carrier and that DH can also use easily when he is in charge of the camera (i.e. when I'm on a ride with our DD3).

If it matters I have a Canon T2i

BR double strap. One for the camera, the other to sling your baby on your hip. :rotfl2:

Honestly maybe something like a hand strap or a quick release hook that you could attach to the carrier strap?

Something like BR's backpack strap -

Or their handstrap

Or maybe something like a belt mount?

Oh wow, that Spider Holster is awesome looking! I'll have to figure out if I think it will be in the way of the waistband of the Ergo though. I might go for the wristlet, nice compact option.
Thank you for the links!
