Carrying belongings through the parks

I use my pockets. Can't think of anything that I cannot do without for a day so badly that I would cart it around with me all day. At least none that I can't fit in my pocket.

I always use a lanyard with a clear pouch (for id's, etc) and put my ID, debit card, etc in that. This time of year, I often need a jacket or something in the morning or at night, so I usually use a windbreaker or rain jacket that has plenty of zipping pockets where I can put anything else. When I'm not wearing it, I tie it around my waist. The bonus here is that you don't have to go through bag check and you can wear it on any ride!

I've tried all sorts of bags. I don't like to bring a lot of stuff but DH is a diabetic and needs to bring his insulin pump stuff. Last trip I found a little running belt at TTJ Maxx that was able to fit what we needed. I wore it around my waist and under my shirt so it wouldn't show up in pictures. It was great. I think it looked like this:

It cost about $8 and was in the little athletic/yoga section in the women's department.

I wish I could go bagless! I have the iPhone 6 and it doesn't fit in any of my jean short pockets, or any regular pockets for that matter. I don't like string backpacks either...

Maybe get a belt clip holster that has credit card slots. That's what I use when flying solo at Disney. And then my big camera just stays around my neck or arm. eBay has a ton of them. Just find a shipper close to you since your trip is soon.

I usually go with a small cross-body purse. Big enough for a water or two but small enough to bring on attractions. I tried the string bags before but I found the strings would rub against my arms weird, especially in the heat.

I bring a Vera Bradley hipster (like a cross body). I have a bigger one this year - perfect for a camera, ponchos, phones, cards, and little items like travel sunscreen/aspirin/bandaids. They're not super expensive and I use them when I go out shopping as well. EBay usually has a ton for sale in excellent used condition.

I either carry a small backpack or a small baggalini purse depending on my needs for the day.
I would offer the same advice as for new shoes....whatever bag you choose, try it out a few times before your trip. I got a Baggalini that was perfect, except the silly strap chafes my shoulder/neck terribly. Tried to just carry it for an everyday bag instead, but hate that strap. Great bag otherwise.

I usually take my pink leather fanny pack. Sometimes I wear it around my waist, sometimes I throw it over my shoulder. My granddaughter uses one of those drawstring sling bags.

That said I have a half dozen other bags I've bought to take to Disney, my second fav bag is a healthy back bag from LLBean if I want/need to carry more stuff than will fit in my fanny pack. It is similar to this one: http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/7099...ing-healthy-back-bag-regular&attrValue_0=Dark Khaki&productId=973124 but mine's outer pocket is open and big enough to hold a water bottle.

I take as little as possible and fit them in pockets. Well, except the camera. That goes around the neck.

I'm sure this has been answered but most bags unless really HUGE are fine on rides. I carry a backpack - it's a medium size and not stuffed to the hilt - and never have problems fitting it on a ride.

We prefer to lug around as little as possible, although I am not crazy about the look of a fanny pack this is what we carry. Cell phone, snacks, tissues, room for sun glasses, etc. Now with the magic band I need minimal cash and no credit card!

We do a string backpack. Even loaded down and stuffed to the gills, it has never been a burden.

Disney is the only time in my life where I will wear a fanny pack. If I have cargo shorts with a secure pocket I will consider this. But most of all I prefer the ease and convenience of the fanny pack. It's secured to my body, I don't have to worry about it on rides. Also, if you opt for a water-proof one, then you don't need to worry about your electronics on rides where you get soaked (esp Kali River Rapids, as I don't fully trust the bin on the ride itself). Anyway, that's my two-cents.

I used to use the dreaded "fanny pack" and it worked great for easy access to phone or money. Wasn't fashionable, but I could honestly care less. That was back in our stroller days where I could throw ponchos in the bottom, but last year we were stroller free and the fanny pack wasn't going to quite cut it. I considered a cross body, but they do hurt my shoulder after a long day (not to mention I think the cross body strap cutting through the middle of your chest looks worse than a fanny pack, if that matters to you). I didn't want to go with a huge/heavy backpack and found this one from Lug that I love: http://www.luglife.ca/collections/backpacks/products/parachute-mini-backpack?variant=1156057545

It's the perfect size for a couple of ponchos, phone, camera, autograph book, sunscreen and even has a little matching change purse that I toss my ID and cash into and tuck it away in an internal pocket. I had no issues with getting it on any ride and it was super comfy to wear all day.

I wish I could go bagless! I have the iPhone 6 and it doesn't fit in any of my jean short pockets, or any regular pockets for that matter. I don't like string backpacks either...

I feel your pain. I have the Galaxy Note 2 and it's huge. I love my cargo shorts for that reason though - huge pockets for a huge phone :) Bagless is the way to go!

I'm an over-packer and insist on having things like a first aid kit, sun glasses, wallet, camera, poncho, etc. I carry cross body messenger bag by Bagallini. It holds all my essentials and I can easily keep the strap around me but hold the bag in my lap during rides.
I carrie a back back with a good number of things I can take it on all rides but soaring where I leave it on the ground for most rides I keep it at my feel for the few I can not 7DMT I put it on my lap and hold it space I hook the straps through the lap bar and keep it on top and it fits fine between it and the sit in front of me, and for RNR I put my feet through the straps and it is fine like this. after 35 to 40 days last year I find I really do not need ever thing I thought I did but I do still bring a first aid kit even thought first aid gives out free stuff you are always at the opposite end of the park when you need something like a bandaid.

I use a cross body, I have a few different styles and sizes, depending on what I need for that day. I prefer this as I like to have my hands free, and easy access to my stuff.:D I have a shoulder injury so backpacks don't work for me anymore. In all of them I carry my readers, small id case( Vera Bradley) holds DL and couple of CC's and Disney GC's, Phone, a little zipper pouch that holds a couple of Band-Aids & neo-to go, and some over the counter med's, a couple of safety pins and a small sewing kit( basic needle and thread), and some kind of granola /snack bar. I wear my sun glasses on top of my head once the sun goes down. Link a CC to our magic bands for charging to the room.

I got the Dooney Sketch backpack for my birthday last year and will be taking it on my trip this March. I'll switch it out with my Dooney letter carrier for when we are going out to dinner etc. So excited to be going back!
