Has anyone carried water shoes in their backpacks?
Last yr I brought my flip flops and DSs water shoes in my backpack so when we went on Kali River Rapids our sneakers didnt get wet
Im thinking of carrying watershoes every day this yr in a backpack in case of rain.
anyone do this?

I don't this for me but for DGS (4ys) I carry his because you never know when you'll run into an interactive water area he wants to play in (EPCOT, Downtown Disney, MK). I don't mind his clothes getting wet--they dry fairly quickly but not his tennies.

Thanks for the idea! I never thought of doing this. My DH and DD hate to have their shoes get wet. :smooth:

On days that look like rain or when I know I might get wet (Kali, Splash Mountain) I just wear my strap runners. It seems like my backpack weighs a ton as it is so I don't want the added weight of a pair of shoes. If that's not an issue for you...then go ahead...you'll probably be glad when that afternoon rainshower blows through and your sneaks are soaked! (But then remember...the added weight of wet sneaks in your pack!)
