I know there are a lot of frequent travelers on this board. I've recently changed jobs and officially finished training on said job that is requiring much more air travel than I had before. ...which means my carry-on bag is driving me crazy.
I have something very similar to this bag:
except that it's a bright magenta color. I love the color since it makes it easy to find when I do need to check it
I do love the bag, it has worked great for me when I've needed to travel by car because it fits a lot of stuff and is quite durable, easy to carry, etc etc. However... now that I'm doing more air travel I'm having a problem where it has a tendency to tip over on me. Especially in a bathroom stall or if I'm coming off an escalator. It's driving me nuts. I need a new bag.
I'd like to keep it around the $100 range, but I could spend more if you all think this is too low. Spinners would be nice, but I'm so used to wheeling something behind me, it's not really a deal breaker. I've had this bag for a good 4 years now (it was a graduation gift from college) and haven't needed to buy luggage for a while. I want something that will last, but I'm clueless when it comes to brands...does anyone here have a bag that they swear by? Or even a brand?
