Hi there!:wave2: I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I was wondering if our pin lanyards will be allowed in our carry on luggage? Has anyone had any experience with this? This is our first time flying without checking any bags! Thanks!:):upsidedow

No problems... they don't even take a look at them.. I have flown many times and no problems with my carry on pin bags.

No problems. We got back 6/30 and I put my pins that I purchased on the trip in my carry-on.

I had no troubble with my landards and pins. In face I wore them on. The only thing was they had to go through the scanner. This was at John wayne after i had gone to disneyland. The TSA agent only rolled her eyes but made no comment.

I've always carried all of my pins as carry-on. I put them in a ziploc baggie, that way if TSA does search the bag, there is less of a risk of them falling off the lanyard and getting lost.

My DD13 had her trading pins in a tupperware container in her carry-on in January. They did search her bag manually because they had trouble distinguishing what they were on the screen. I am assuming since they were all bunched up in a container it just looked like a large metal blob to them. Once they looked at them, it was fine.

Thanks everyone!:flower3: I knew you guys would help me! I'll just put them in a baggie and get on with the Disney magic!pixiedust:
