Sorry if this has been asked before. I fly out on Friday and I would like to know what I can put in my carry on. I am running out of room with the lugage. I would like to put my hair dryer in the carry on. My hair is super thick and the ones in the room aren't big enough to dry my hair.
Thanks
Tina

The TSA website is a great resource . . . I have taken my hair dryer carry-on before.

Here's some advice from a compulsive over-packer. After my trip last year, my plan will be to put out all of the clothes I think I want to bring---- and then remove half of them!

I found that, by doing laundry mid-trip, I could significantly cut down on the amount of stuff I "needed." If you pack fewer things (clothes), you'll have room for other things, including the stuff you'll buy while at WDW! If you pack wisely (pack two or three pairs of shorts, instead of seven), it's amazing how little you'll need.

The only "new" restrictions for carry-ons is liquids and gels. Liquids and gels must be in containers no larger than 3 ounces. You can take as many of those bottles as will fit into one quart-sized zip-top bag. Each passenger may take only one such bag in their carry-on.

They're referring to it as the "3-1-1 rule": 3 ounces, one zip-top quart-sized bag, one bag per person.

i would like to know if Contact lens solution is permitted. I doubt it but don;t want to be stuck without it. also, can you carry mascara and such? what about childrens tylnel? I don't want to put that in my checked luggage?
