Carry on bags if room not ready?

Anyone know if the hotel (Pop Century) will hold our carry on bags from the plane if our room is not ready when we arrive? Or how does this work?

Absolutely! Lots of people do this. You will first check in, and then they can direct you to the luggage storage area. Then you can go off to the parks and have fun and pick up your luggage when you return. You will love Pop! Have a great time!

Thanks for the quick reply! We will have a laptop and our kids will have a backpack, will they hold these also? Do you think it is pretty safe to leave the laptop?

I would ask if the front desk can hold the laptop.

I have had them hold a laptop before. They have a locked area in luggage services for valuables.

Every halfway decent hotel in the USA will store bags for you on check-in day before your room is ready, as well as on check-out day after check-out.
