Carrie at Akershus, Norway, EPCOT *PICTURE*

We had an outstanding server at our lunch at Akershus in mid-December. Her name was Carrie. She was so wonderful and took the time to tell us about the dishes and some of her family history. My daughters had her sign their autograph books and we took a picture with her. She told us her mom was from Indiana. I hope everyone is lucky enough to get a server like her!
