I started the South Beach Diet on Monday, April 5, 2004. It has only been five days and has been very easy. I feel so much better already. Just knowing that I am doing something to be healthier for myself and my family.
I am about 85 lbs. overweight and "W.I.S.H." to lose every single pound!!!
My history with weight is the usual yo-yo thing. The problem with me is that I always have high expectations and when I do not meet these on a daily basis, then I just give up! This time, my plan is to take it day by day and pound by pound. I will start posting my meals and progress soon. I guess I will weigh every week or two. I am still worried that I will let myself down, like always!!! Until later...Carol
