Carmal Corn carts in testing in MK

Disney just started testing selling carmel corn again in Magic Kingdom. They are actually testing several roaming carmel and popcorn carts in the park. They are not set up at any certain location. You will see a cast member pushing a cart. I saw the carmel corn one in tomorrowland, then again going down main street. The carmel corn comes in the souviner popcorn bucket that they sell at popcorn locations. The carmel corn buckets are $6. These carts are cash only as they are moblie wondering the park. The regular popcorn cart I also saw being pushed was popcorn in a red square box.

There are certain places that have always sold this. The cart behind the wait time board at HS. I guess maybe they are wanting to expand it's sale? It looks pretty nasty to me, but I have never preferred the unfresh taste of caramel corn. Blech.

They should sell either fresh Kettle Corn, or some of the nice flavors they sell at Tokyo...

Tokyo has strawberry, cappucino, chocolate, pepper, curry, and many other popcorn flavors that come and go each season.

I agree with ChrisFL. Adding caramel popcorn is awesome, but it would be even better if they added some of the flavors that they have at Tokyo Disney. The strawberry popcorn there is to die for!! We loved the chocolate, too. Never found the cappucino flavor...I guess that means we need to go back!

Unfortunately, we can't go anytime soon. I'm pregnant...but once this little guy is a bit older, we're doing a huge family trip to Japan, with 5 days at TDR. I'm already excited and it's years away!

We noticed caramel corn being sold at a popcorn cart at California Adventure over the weekend....not sure if we just hadn't noticed before but it did catch my attention as it seemed to be a new thing.

Do they have Cheese Popcorn that can then be mixed with the Caramel Corn?

Man I need to go get some Garretts... worse than Disney pricing... but MY GOD is it good.
