Seriously, I love your reviews. Just like you said everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Whether we like it or not it's just your review of the restuarant, and I for one value that.

Keep up the GREAT work that you do!!!! I for one appreciate everything that you and the entire podcast team do!!!

I must say that it really felt like Kevin was being attacked, but that this person also had a very poor opinion of anyone who is trying to pinch pennies at WDW. Saying that people like that belong at McDonald's was just insulting, IMHO

Face it. Some people like to spend as much money as possible, and show off to the world how much they can spend, and don't like things that aren't expensive, or people who can't buy expensive things ie. thinking somehow that makes them better than some orphaned child in Darfur who only has the kernels of corn they found on the ground to eat.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have been able to afford to go to WDW, not once but twice, and plan to go again. We wish every child could be so lucky. Many other DISers feel the same, I know. Kevin included.

I love the podcast just how it is - and Kevin's reviews are my favorite. Thanks for always being honest!

Carlos hasn't learned the "if you can't say something nice..." rule of life. Some people are just that thoughtless. We love you Kevin (and the entire team!) don't change a thing! Differences of opinion are one thing, but being rude while expressing your opinion is just uncalled for.

I like knowing about value for money, I am a student, and my trip in September is going to be a cheap one for me (lots of counter service and pre-bought snacks to the parks). I appreciate Kevin's advice, not all of use can flash the cash right now!

I enjoyed the KK hate mail as much as one of Pete's rants. I thought it was hysterical! Surely Carlos was not serious. Even if he was, it was so over the top it was good for a laugh.

I have a feeling that Carlos does not listen to the show and was just reading the dining reviews from the board... there is no way you can actully be a regular listner and not love them or KK. I must say I loved the Will and grace line.. I can only imange what the other drivers around me must have thought cause I almost had topull over. We love you Kevin, KK, Miss Kitty.. whome ever you are today!

Sometimes when I hear a review from Kevin, I think he is nuts. Other times I agree with him and am in his amen corner (note to mods: this is not a religious reference). The point that he makes is that it is the personal reaction to one person’s experience.

To each his own. I HATED Ohana and many others rave about it. We had dinner at Flying Fish on our last trip and I was unimpressed while the rest of our party was amazed with the meal. I love having lunch at the Brown Derby and others see it as a waste of money. If you read any of the “What do you think about ….. restaurant threads, some will love it, some hate it.

About the Coral Reef. I have never eaten there but my DD’s mom had dinner there while DD and I did Divequest. She liked her meal a lot. She is also wheelchair bound and I was concerned that we would not be there to help her to the table because we would be on the tour. I checked with a manager a couple of days earlier and he said no problem, they would take care of it. The staff could not have been more accommodating. As an aside, one of the best parts of Divequest was interacting with the patrons of the Coral Reef from the other side of the glass.

Kevin is a big boy (from what I understand a very big boy) and enjoyed Carlos’ rant as much as we have. Maybe we should have a Carlos meet at the Mickey D’s by All Stars in his honor.

I completely appreciate that Kevin is stating his opinion. How anyone would think that Kevin should restrict his reviews to McDonald's and such is ridiculous. I don't always agree with his reviews and I am by no means a gourmet, myself, but I think, based on his reviews and his knowledge, Kevin "gets it" when it comes to rating Disney dining and I'm glad he is so candid. Given, I don't know Kevin other than the podcast, but McDonald's, gimme a break, Carlos!

The fact that Kevin even gets hate mail surprised me. Everyone, including Carlos, is entitled to their opinion, but being petty and hateful in your discourse to someone is not an entitlement.
But what I really didn't understand is the main beef seemed to be about price. Kevin has raved about many expensive places (ex. Narcoosse's and Citricos) and panned the less expensive (ex. Noodle station). Saying something is not worth it does not mean you are being cheap, it just means its not worth the price; be it $15 or $150.

Carlos couldn't possibly be an avid listener of the show. I think his attack on Kevin was way out of line. No one who really listens to the show would ever attack Kevin like this.

Kevin, I for one, really enjoy your opinion on ALL the dining reviews. Whether I agree with them or not, you always give a clear report on you experiences. Thank you and keep up the great work!
