Cariocas Sea Bass

We just got off the Magic a little over a week ago and she is still our favorite ship by far! Based on reviews we have always arranged to do Palo on our Carioca night and did again this trip. The night before we would have been going to Carioca our server mentioned the wonderful Sea Bass they would be serving and I thought my DH was going to cry lol. He LOVES Sea Bass and you don't see it around here often. Our server said not to worry and he would arrange to get it for him on our Lumiere night and he kept his promise!! I have to say I do not like seafood at all but now and again I will take a bite and this dish was AMAZING!! I thought my DH was going to lick the plate and honestly if they have it next year when we are back on the Magic I am going to order it...did I mention I do not like seafood???? LOL

The food was excellent every night and service was amazing! We all agree that the food on the Magic is the best by far!! (To be fair we have not sailed on the Dream).

We just got off the Magic on the 25th and my sister ordered the sea bass and loved it as well. I had a taste of it and even though I liked my swordfish I would have ordered the sea bass too if I had to do it all over again. And our service was wonderful. So nice of your servers to make sure your husband got to have it.

Palo now has the Dover Sole. It is delicious. They debone it right in front of your table.
I will order it again. I will also try the sea bass on our next cruise on the Magic.
