Caribbean Beach Resort

I am looking to stay at the Caribbean Beach resort , and wantd to know which part of the resort is closest to the main attraction pool. when making reservations where should i ask to be located? any info would help.

The two closest islands are Martinique and Trinidad North. There is an extra charge to stay at these two islands because they are the closest to Old Port Royale and the pool.

When we first tried the CBR, I really wanted T. North and when they said all they had was Jamaica, I was very disappointed, that is, until we got to the room and I loved it, now I always request Jamaica because I just totally loved walking over that bridge to OPR, it became a routine and tradition. Our first stay we were in building 42 and it was alittle biy of a walk (like 5 min each way) but the next time we got building 46 and that was much shorter and still very enjoyable. (Plus it is usually first stop going out and coming back on the buses)

We also got Jamaica last year and were very pleasantly surprised; we were in bldg. 45 and a few steps away from a very nice pool and over the small bridge (about a 5 minute walk) was Old Port Royale.
The best part of it - the bus picks up and drops off Jamaica passengers first about 85-90% of the time. We have already put in a request for Jamaica for our Sept. trip - we will never again got to any other area of the resort.

i know you got all the info you wanted, but i went to CBR in may and LOVED IT! i stayed in jamaica (room 4542)...was less then 5 minutes to walk to the main pool and shops , etc...And the walk was pretty ...it was great and i am hoping to stay there again!

I would have to agree that Jamaica is wonderful! I don't remember our building number but it was right by the bridge. The walk was peaceful, beautiful, and short. You will enjoy watching people in boats and seeing duck and fish as you pass over the bridge. We absolutely loved it here and I wish we spent more time at the resort and less at the parks. The rooms are newly renovated and all four adults agreed that it was beautiful and we had plenty of room. You will not be disappointed!
