I'm not sure about the answer to your second question, but to your first question, yes all rooms that are not Pirate themed are Nemo themed. All of the pirate rooms are located in Trindad South, while the other sections are composed entirely on Nemo rooms. The Nemo rooms have no extra charge (unless you want to book a preferred or water view Nemo room-- the only difference between those and standard rooms however, is location/view. The rooms inside are identitical). Enjoy your trip! CBR is one of our favorite resorts!

Keep in mind that the standard (non-Pirate) rooms don't have a strong Nemo theme. I like to call it a slight Nemo motif. You won't be entrenched in Nemo like the Pirate-room guests will be up to their armpits in Pirate stuff. There are a few Nemo characters on the wallpaper border and a few Nemo characters on the bedspreads. That's it.
