What does that mean? What is I94?

I checked the Orlando weather. It looks like it will be sunny for most of the day. Maybe the can get more of the pool completed today...

It is the red section that hopefully :thumbsup2 moves to the left and avoids Florida. Maybe its L94? Something 94, I just hope it doesnt get a name!

Now known as tropical depression 7.... I am going to see the new pool no matter how hard its raining.....

Any body have advice on if the waterview at the CBR is worth the upgrade?

Save your money. It's hard to see the water from your room. It could also overlook a quiet pool. The landscaping is so lush it is even hard to see cars in the parking lot if you are on the back of a building.

That is what I figured. :thumbsup2 I don't remember second guessing a decision like this since the last time I was at Cold Stone Creamery! All the area's look so beautiful! And I am sure we will have a great time where ever we end up! Thank you!

.. thank goodness I am not alone ... I am second guessing everything about this trip too ! ... this thread makes me feel better because so many people seem to go back to CBR. We have never stayed at a Disney resort as a family - last time was when our oldest was 2 (now 11) and we stayed outside the property.

Can anyone help me understand what the food court is like here? I did alot of research on POP recently, is the food court similar to that? I was originally booked at POP but when the codes came out I upgraded to CBR, so now my research has to start all over! I guess what I am really wondering is, can I buy like bagels and english muffins from say Walmart and bring them down to the food court to toast them? Do they have stations set up like at POP? Any help will be appreciated! Or if you can just steer me in the direction of pictures of the food court or something! Thanks for the help!

I am not familiar with the food court at Pop. CBR has a toaster and microwave for guest use in the food court. If you don't want to buy the bagels or muffins ahead of time CBR has a grab and go market where you can buy them.

There are several pictures of the food court a few pages back on this thread. Try around page 105! :goodvibes

First of all, did you look bag a page or two? Someone posted some great photos of the CBR grab n go section of the food court. I also posted a couple of photos of the seating area and a few of the different stations.

That section has a lot of bakery items and, as safetymom said, they do sell the items you are looking for in that section.

There are toasters and microwaves for use by all CBR guests.

Post if you have more questions and we will be glad to try and answer them.

Yes, great. Thank you! I now just have to hope that our room is close enough to the food court to even be able to use it. We are driving to WDW so we will have our own car to go buy snacks and breakfast foods and stuff. But thanks for the heads up on the market, I'm sure the kids will find something there they "have" to have anyway!:rotfl:

JohnH - thanks for the grab n' go pics ... are the prices reasonable ? I know Disney 'reasonable' is different than real life 'reasonable' but you know what I mean.

CleveRocks gave some good tips on local grocery delivery options which is how I was leaning but now I am wondering if grab n go might do the trick (?)

quick question...what size are the coffee pots so I know which size filters to bring with us?????

according to mousesavers.com all moderate hotels have coffee pots with filters ... new to CBR but that is what I read.

Hello All!
We check in to CBR on Sept. 20th.
How far in advance do we need to order from Garden Grocer for resort delivery?

A question for those of you that stayed in the Nemo rooms: Is there still under-bed storage space, or is there a solid bed box instead?

Also, in response to the safe questions, here are pictures I got of the safe with a water bottle for scale. I unfortunately didn't find the safe until our check-out day since it is hidden behind the privacy curtain near the ironing board.

Loving this thread.....For those of you who have stayed at CBR recently, can you tell me if there is a little play area for the young children inside the food court? Like at POR there is a lego table and coloring and a TV set off to the side with cartoons playing. We could eat at a table next to this play area and the kids looked forward to this every night. Hopefully CBR has a similar set-up. Thanks for any info!

I know that when we went in May 2007 there was a coloring table all the way to the right and to the back of the food court (near Shutters). I don't think there was a TV in there, but I could be wrong. We always ate in this area to occupy my 1 year old (and so her noise would just blend in with the crowd :) ). I know of the area of which you speak at POR (we always sat there as well when we stayed there), and the CBR area wasn't as nice as that, but it is better than nothing!

we just got back and the coffee maker had no filter. Instead the coffee packets that were in the room were packaged in the filter.

They recently removed the smaller children's tables from the Food Court area at CBR in order to make room for more large tables.

On a side note..the construction on the pool was in full force today! They began installing the roof on the bathroom buildings but were slightly delayed by the on and off rain all day.
