Anyone else having trouble with online check in? We will be at CBR Nov 10-17 and I want to make my room requests but I keep getting an error message after I get to last page of online check in.

I'm having trouble too. Tried all day yesterday and today and keep getting the same error message.

I think the website is working overtime right now with the new discount that was released today. It was slower than dirt this morning when I was checking out some prices. I'd suggest giving it a try later this evening and see if it's working better.

Does CBR have any way/ place to sit outside the room if you are on the bottom floor? Curious for future trips if DH and I can hang outdoors when DD sleeps.

There are little courtyard spaces with chairs scattered around. Be warned though, that some and maybe all (not sure on this) can be smoking areas.

You can go down to the beach area and lay in a hammock. Never a bad way to spend some time.

I talked my family into leaving the evening before instead of early the next day. We won't be on Disney property any sooner, but we'll be in the area which is good enough for me!

We've never stayed at CBR & switched from POFQ in order to get free dining. We're hoping for a great location, ground floor (scooter for my Dad) & an awesome trip!

I talked my family into leaving the evening before instead of early the next day. We won't be on Disney property any sooner, but we'll be in the area which is good enough for me!

Yay! Our drive to Disney is long...800+ miles so we leave in the evening and arrive the next day.

I hope that you get your requests granted. Make sure that they have the ground floor request as your first priority since you'll have someone in your party who uses a scooter.

Anyone know when they are going to be updating the soft goods to Queen beds? I heard they might be doing this in 2014 sometime but figured this would be the best place to ask. Sorry if it's already been asked.

Yay! Our drive to Disney is long...800+ miles so we leave in the evening and arrive the next day.

I hope that you get your requests granted. Make sure that they have the ground floor request as your first priority since you'll have someone in your party who uses a scooter.

My drive is about 850 miles. We do it in two days going down so we can arrive at DW earlier. When we leave, we try to get on the road at 7 AM and get home in one day.

And, YES, make sure you put in a request for a ground level room if you have an electric wheelchair! I read to be sure to mention it if you had an ECV. So, after saying I wanted connecting rooms and a refrigerator, I mentioned that I would have an EVC. I got connecting rooms on the 2nd floor.

And to the person who had trouble getting shampoo, I had trouble getting coffee!!

The refurb is supposed to start in April 2014. It will take time since they will work on completing one building at a time.

Thank you. I am staying end of November 2014 and was hoping to book on a bounceback but only if the queen beds were in so that's great news!

When I spoke with the CBR higher-up and confirmed the April, 2014 refurb, I asked if there was a possibility that we'd get a new room the last week of May, 2014, I was told that it was definitely a possibility.

From what I was told, they will begin on one building, complete it and then continue on to the next building until it's all done.
