Has anyone had a problem with exceeding the number of occupants allowed in a CBR room?

:cool1:

How many of you are there? Port Orleans will allow 5 plus one under 3.

You probably won't find many dis'ers that will tell you its okay to go against Disney regulations/rules. Occupancy at CBR is max of 4 plus one child under 3
I'm sure some of this is due to fire regulations too.

Plus if you do not have everyones names on the reservation you could not all magical express, do any extra magic hours, not have room keys for everyone.

That is a "No No". I only have 4 in our family, and that's all you're allowed in the rooms at CBR. Its completely against the rules, and may be subject to being asked to leave the property or having you add a room. I wouldn't do it.

I was all set on CBR, then I started reading reviews on Allears.net. So many people said the rooms were dirty. Make me stop reading reviews and stick to my decision!

Thought I would jsut share a very fun map of CBR.... a little different than the typical aerial view... :goodvibes 29 days till we are there!

Thanks for this...i was very excited to see how close Martinique 25 and 26 were since we are paying preferred. I really hope we don't get Trinidad. It almost looks like the main bus stop is closer to those bldg's than the actual martinique bus stop. Getting excited!!!! 51 more days for us...Have fun!!!

Disney takes fire codes very serious. If they are caught they must pay HUGE fines. If they catch you, they will throw you out. Not at CBR, but one year at POP our neighbors were caught and were thrown out. I don't know who reported them (housekeeping maybe?). Anyway, as we were walking out one day there was a manager type guy and two security men talking to our neighbors. The dad was screaming something about as much money as he paid for this vacation it was none of Disney's business how many people they had in the room. We overheard the manager saying something about only four people were allowed in the room due to fire codes and policies, and that they had one hour to vacate the premises. I think they had two adults and three kids with them.

Stop reading them!!!!!!!! The reviews on Allears.net have POFQ as the best moderate that there is and I'm here to tell you, I'd rather stay at CBR any day of the week. The rooms were cleaner, brighter, and cheerier; the grounds much more tropical, the pool has zero entry, the food court has nicer CMs and OMG!!! It is such a wonderful resort. We love it there, so much that we are getting ready to have our 4th visit there in 4 years and we can't wait, we have 136 days left and we are counting down daily!!!

Ditto. We've stayed at CBR several times without a single issue with cleanliness at all. Hope you enjoy it too!:)

Same here. Never an issue at CBR. We've stayed there 4 times too and twice last summer! I booked CSR this August and I'm still considering switching us back to CBR. I think we are going to miss it this summer!:confused3

Absolutely agree! :thumbsup2 We have stayed at all the moderates and CBR is the best. We have not had one single issue. Everything has been excellent!

:goodvibes

Another one of those who say don't worry about the cleanliness too much. We've stayed 4 times and have had no issues. You'll find those kinds of posts about every Disney resort....values on up to deluxes.

Just wondering where the Nemo rooms are located. We haven't stayed at CBR in some time, have all the rooms been redone at this point? Thanks!

All rooms have been redone with a slight Nemo theme with the exception of those in Trinidad South (which are all pirate themed rooms).

Thanks! I'm sure my grandson will love them! It's been a while since we stayed there and CBR is one of my favorites! We've had FD and a free giftcard offer the past few years and had to pay rack rate so we went to the Allstars (which were redone when we went as well!) I'm looking forward to being at CBR for the Christmas decorations again!

I can't wait to see christmas decorations in CBR! Oh! Nemo theme I forgot where is the location of nemo Theme!
