I wanted to know is which building has a Nemo theme. and also which building has standard room or a preferred room to request a nemo theme!

All the rooms have the Nemo theme except for Trinidad South. Trinidad South is where all the Pirate rooms are located.

Another random question here! Can you buy park tickets from CBR anywhere? Like could I buy a 4-day ticket at the resort before we hit the parks?

Does anyone know how the buses are at the CBR?
How long will it take to get around the resort? Do the buses stop anywhere eles?

We are staying in July and have requested Jamica Build.

We were in Jamaica and it seemed like we were usually the first ones off- that was a plus. It probably depended on the park we had been at- what direction we came in from, but I didn't keep track. When being picked up we would stop at a couple of villages before going on, but it doesn't take long at all. They take whoever is waiting and get moving again. We may have been the first pickup a lot of the time too. We didn't stop at any other resorts. I thought Jamaica was a great place to be for busses.

We've stayed at the CBR four times (twice in May and twice in August) and have never experienced any problems with the buses. They have always run very efficiently and, because the CBR is centrally located, it won't take you long to reach any Disney destination.

The buses don't stop anywhere other than the CBR village bus stops (one in each village) and go directly to the theme parks, water parks and Downtown Disney. I once timed our ride from Jamaica to Hollywood Studios and, from the time we sat down on the bus, stopped at the other resort villages and pulled into the bus stop at Hollywood Studios, it took 11 minutes. Our ride to Epcot was about that same length. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom rides are a little longer but not long at all.

Thanks.

We are planning to go to MK for EMH opening at 8.
Dont need to watch ceremony but want to be there close to 8.

Do you think a 7:30 bus would get us there on time?
What time do buses start running before park opens?

Do you think buses will be crowded at that time in the morning?

Thanks.

Buses start running about 6:30 or 6:45 a.m. every day of the year, regardless of whether there is morning EMH.

Personally, I'd get to my bus stop by 7:15 a.m. You might wait 20 or 30 minutes for a bus if you just missed the last one by a minute or two.

7:00 a.m. would be even better ... having experienced it both ways, there's a BIG difference between arriving at rope drop and arriving 10 minutes after rope drop.

Thanks.

You may be okay.... If it were me I would be at the bus stop at 7:20.
Because once the bus drops you off you still have to walk to the gate & go through the bag line. (if you have one)

wow, alot of great info and pics on CBR:) staying there for the first time in May, looking forward to reading more after work:woohoo: just wondering wut kinds of autograph books they sell in the giftshops?(mickey, eeyore, any princesses, etc...?)

How is the viewing of the epcot fireworks? where is the best spot to watch?

not bad, the best spot is from the beach at Martinique (right near old port royale). You could see some of the lower fireworks and all of the higher fireworks. I certainly wouldn't view them at the resort instead of seeing the Illimunations show but we definitely made it a point to stop and watch them on our way back to our room from Old Port Royale.

We were there a few weeks ago and the only park bus that took awhile was for the MK. All other resort buses seemed to be about 5 mins...the MK was closer to 25 mins twice. One of the times we were waiting for the MK we saw 3 DHS and 2 each EP and AK buses. We were told that it was due to the distance of the park from the resort. We also usually left for the parks around 10 -10:30 so by then the bus transportation might have been cutback.

All in all though 3 out of the 4 parks were fine. We may have had bad luck with the timing of the MK bus.

Hi Again! :) Good to know! Thanks for the input. We can't wait. Only 38 more days!! :dance3:

did anyone notice on Pete's web blog that the tv in his Nemo room was FLAT PANEL.....

did they update the tvs???? :confused3:goodvibes

I noticed that too and wondered the same thing. The last time we were there (August, 2009), we stayed in a preferred room in Martinique 26. We had a flat screen television but not the same kind as the one in the blog.

Yeah me too! I also noticed that the dresser it was on also was built up with the tv ports mounted in it. Do you reckon that those are only in Bldg. 32 or, since those were the last rooms refurbed or, is that a special room because it was Pete and they keep that room for special guests? We also were in Martinique 26 and we had the big bulky flat screen TV, I like the newer one better, it takes far less room on top of the dresser, which quite frankly I could use in those rooms. Just a thought.
