I just started the SBD. I am still in the two week phase I. After phase one, what is the allowable amount of good carbs per day?
Also, are black olives o.k. to eat in phase one? I could not find them anywhere in the book and I usually like them in my salad.
I also started Taebo one week ago and am trying so hard to lose at least 20lbs before my trip to Disney in June. Well good luck to all and thanks in advance for any help.
