Caramel Apple Question

I was wondering if anybody knew if the candy shop in Pooh's Corner will cut caramel apples? I really love the apple pie caramel apple and I wont be able to eat it if they don't *sniffle*

I think they will give you a plastic knife to try to saw thru it yourself. I know they do that at the Candy Palace on Main St. However, I have had them cut for me by the nice ladies at Marcelines in DTD.

I am looking forward to trying the caramel apples at DL, or DTD, I am just hoping that chocolate caramel apples, without white chocolate, are made.
And.........the chocolate mickey bar and maybe that bacon asparagus skewer, I am not really into asparagus, however, I continue to read posts regarding how tasty, not only is the bacon at Dl, but so is that skewer.

The ones at DLR made us fans. I can't tell you how many we brought home in our suitcases...

dark chocolate with chips
white chocolate with sprinkles
caramel with chocolate drizzles.....
caramel with...........

I gotta have one....now...

No, at Pooh's Corner they will not cut them for you. I asked when we were there in June. Like BillyFan said, they give you a plastic knife to do it yourself.

Last time I was there I got the Apple Pie Caramel Apple and it was so good! But I had to cut it first. No way I could just bite into it. It wasn't too hard to do though. Not like some of the other ones.

Ummm, we get the apple pie caramel apple at Pooh Corner almost every trip and yes, they cut it for us every time....the only one they won't cut is the hunny pot because of the goo in the middle. But yes, they will absolutely cut your apple for you.

What?? See now that bugs me because I specifically asked when we were there in June. And I was told no, and handed a plastic knife. The CM was very nice about it, but she said they are not allowed to cut them there.

That is one thing I dislike about Disneyland. There seems to be no consistency with their CMs sometimes.

OP, I guess I'd say it doesn't hurt to ask them to cut it, but I would be prepared for a no just in case, because that is what we were told. And we had ordered the Apple Pie Caramel Apple and a few other items as well.

It sounds like chocolate caramel apples are sold, yay!
I don't personally care for white chocolate, too rich for my taste buds. (what can I say?)
I love milk chocolate covered caramel apples, with or without chocolate drizzles, or chocolate chips, yummy! I do quite enjoy those however just a tad bit too much for public consumption, with a G audience anyway! he he! that is why I prefer to eat mine back in the privacy of my room.

Yes, please do ask, as I am curious too. There is no way I could sit there or walk around DL and chow down on one of those things, getting it all over me. Kinda reminds me when I told my husband about the turkey legs. They are huge, reminds me of a caveman seeing people eat them!!
